These guys came in at 1100 for an estimate. From what I gathered 1100 was far less then their competitors but not so cheap it made question the quality (sometimes the cheapest jobs cost the most). Bryan got me in later in the week and had the job done in ONE DAY! Here's the best part... the final price came in under the estimate! Second, remember when i was calling around trying to find someone to do this? Well, I called a few places back to follow up and had to re-introduce myself and my vehicle blah blah blah. Not Automasters. I called back to see when I could schedule and Bryan had everything on file so we got straight to business. This might be the weird military bug in me but attention to details is huge and typically if a company is doing the little things right they are probably doing to the big things right as well! Lastly, I called to ask about some body work. Bryan told me that they didn't do this type of work but instead of just saying goodbye proceeded to give me a few contacts in the area of welders he would recommend. (Seriously give Bryan a raise he is crushing it) Overall, these guys care about what they do. For me at least, they are my new go-to repair shop.

It was around 11PM on a Thursday night and after several unsuccessful calls to nearby 24/7 tow services, I came across Zeigler's listing and Jamie answered. Jamie was the only 24/7 tow services that was available as advertised. He was on location in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed our problem... he was able to tow the car and offered to take on the repairs next day. I have a lot of older cars; they have serviced my '96 Jeep, '96 Camry, '91 Ford F-150, '99 Subaru and a 2004 Honda pilot. Some of the cars have been old and the guys have no trouble working on them. One car even had wasp nests in the engine compartment and the door jamb. I brought the wasp spray and they cleaned the nests out while servicing my car - no extra charge. They have a night drop box so i can leave my car on their lot with a note - really helpful since i work FT. They always call with an estimate so we can talk about the price and any issues found. They do guarantee their work. The shop isn't fancy and the waiting room isn't spic' n span clean, but I highly recommend B&B - great work, reasonable rates, professional and knowledgeable folks.
