I came in today because I had been meaning to get my skateboard some new grip tape. The board was looking a little dirty and I was nervous about doing it by myself. Patty helped me and was just great. She showed me what she was doing, how to peel the old grip tape off, step by step and just made it seem so simple and doable. Well my mom saw your shop and went to check it out. You guys were great to her and she remember everything she learned about your shop and your story. She was really impressed at how you turned your life's around. She came over so excited to tell my boys about this great shake shop she found. You invited my mom to bring the boys to a skate event at the shop. Well I can't remember why but I do know that weeman was there and it was like a party. The boys had weeman sign their skateboards and stuff. We had a lot of fun. I found this old pic of weeman with my boys. My boys are 31 and 27 now. I think this is in 2004 and 4 short years later my mom passed. My mom had been to your shop many times getting boards and anything they needed and you all were very helpful she just loved you guys and Two Felons. Her name was Maggie but this was 20 years ago so yeah. You have been around for 20+ years and the service is still the best. So keep on keeping on. You are doing something right. TF

Eddie was responsive and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better technician! He was super friendly, very insightful, and most of all detailed oriented. I also want to acknowledge, Leslie who helped with scheduling and provided me available options. She is upfront and communicative, which I appreciate. The day of installation. I got a text from Precise Gym Equipment that my technician was on his way and even when the technician was on-site. (A rarity these days!) Eddie went the extra mile and worked really hard to troubleshoot the stepper. He took his time disassembling the stepper and was thorough with the process when reassembling. This was an absolute first class experience with the service/support. I'm happy to say that I will be using Precise Gym Equipment again without any hesitation!
