Since they already installed the cable on my area so the installation was fast. Everything was done In few hours and my internet is FAST, I used Speed Test to check and it clocked at 899mbps top speed, normally it's around 300-500mbps depends on where the meshes (BEACON) are placing, much better than Xfinity and it's just an extra $4 than Xfinity and best of all, that price is FOR LIFE. I don't have to worry about future price will be higher. So far, I don't experience any outages yet. FYI, I have it for a month now. Customer service and tech support was awesome, they guided me through setup for my phone WiFi. It worked like a charm. I wish that Hyperfiber have an app like other internet companies so I can monitor bill pay, outages map... instead of search it on Google. Overall, I'm very happy with the service that Hyperfiber have provided. JSYK, they are currently having a promotion $40/mo for the first two months. What's not to like?
