    Horrible wait. Then they send you somewhere else. Fan abuse on Switch from Sprint and T mobile. No one cares.

Negative stars are the only fair way to measure such consistent and systemic incompetence. I contacted them the other night because of some issues with my television service. The genius on the other end of the phone told me, "It was impossible for their piece of equipment to process HBO." Guess what I was watching on that piece of equipment - HBO. They scheduled a service call for today, between 10:00am - 12:00pm. It's 1:30pm, haven't heard from anyone. I just called Litestream, and they have no idea where their technician is. This is one of the better interactions I have had with Litestream since the Board at Carlton Lakes bought into the BS Litestream was passing, and gave them the exclusive contract to cable and internet service. If your Board ever considers doing business with these purveyors of chaos, protest vigorously until they are vanquished! If that doesn't work, seriously consider euthanizing the members of the Board...

However, aside from the constant drops in service I can't even get a hold of this company. Their (877) 212-4744 number says that it is out of service! How can any truly reputable company not have a working phone number for their unfortunate HOA customers who would never chose them over ANY of their competitors. The service itself is absolute trash. Honestly me and three of my IT friends could write up code that would provide a stronger and more reliable service than this hilarious excuse of an ISP. Don't let your HOA board get in bed with them they are a truly laughable excuse of a company and an even worse ISP.

    Located on the worst parking lot in Naples, T-Moblie has an excellent store for cell phone needs…read more Mrs. K. and I noticed both of our iPhone 13s were misbehaving, so we dropped into the store to get two new phones. We chose two different models. Mrs. K wanted the phone with the best camera and a bigger screen. She chose the 16 Pro Max. I wanted a new phone, and the camera was not important to me. I shoot my pictures, which are important to me, with a DSLR. So, I chose the 16 with 256K of memory. I can instantly transfer my photos from the camera to the phone. Wow, I got that out of the way. The store is short-staffed, but we lucked out and were greeted by Victor, who helped us get the right phone model and the accessories we wanted and needed. The phones were not in stock but were ordered and delivered to the house. Victor gave us his phone number so we could set up an appointment to activate the phones. Victor failed to call us back twice. When he gave us his number, I was doubtful he would answer or call us back. Just too busy. So, we dropped into the store, and another associate put us together and spent the proper amount of time telling us what to do. Pricing is fair, service is good, not having the phones in stock was a bummer. Victor told us it would be 21 days before we recieved out phones. One came the next day the other came the following day. I am guessing it's corporate to overstate how long it will take to get the phones. Then, they exceed your expectations.
