Panang curry is richer, spicier with a prominent peanut taste while Massaman is milder, sweeter and mixed with a complex blend of spices like cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. The panang is cooked with peppers, onion and coconut milk whereas Massaman often includes potatoes and carrots. Finally, I opted in for Panang Chicken. Add a little Jasmin rice to the creamy Panang curry; it is a home run and hits the spot! Wife love her choice of Chicken and Shrimps House delight on mild spiciness!
