The broth itself was delicious and there were plenty of noodles, bamboo sprouts, basil, and jalapeño to accompany the soup. Squeeze of lime adds great balance of acidity. Was passing by driving to Naples and decided to stop for lunch. Sorry to say but I regretted. Service was nice and fast and that was it. Went back to Thesen Asian Noodle Bar. Had the Tom Kha soup to start and it was tasty. The floating mushrooms looked a bit eerie but it is a tasty soup. Had the shrimp pad Thai again and unfortunately it wasn't as good as the last time. Somehow this time it had very little peanuts and bean sprouts. It's supposed to be pan fried. The Pho broth was definitely better, richer, more aromatic than at the place that was Vietnamese (previously on this trip); but, the protein was too lean, making it feel too dry. The sashimi app. we got was OK. The pork noodle soup was tasty. The softshell crab, however, was very subpar. It felt too oily. My first instinct is to order, Pad Kee Mao or Drunken Noodle. One of my favorite Thai spicy stir-fried noodle picks. However, on my way in, I spotted one of table have a Beef Stew Noodle Soup that looks exciting. So, I ordered the Beef Stew Noodle Soup. It did not disappoint! The soup was well flavored with noodles, Chinese broccoli and cilantro! Nice! A compliment deep fried Krab Rangoon made with cream cheese, Krab, scallion was served with sweet chili sauce. A wonderful new discovery! I went here last night for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the meal! We started with an order of crab rangoons which were downright delectable! They were hot, stuffed with filling and had the most wonderful crispy exterior without being oily at all! Then for my entree I chose Thai basil chicken. I got it medium spicy, and it was perfect. The rice was soft and sticky, the veggies were flavorful and crispy and the portions were large, so I ended up taking some home! Left happy and full of good food! :) read more

Well, they do want to please, the heat level was very fiery but good. A word of caution, based on this heat level, be prepared if you order the Thai hot, it's for people who really enjoy the heat! We thought the prices were reasonable and the portions large. We ordered gyoza (very good) shumai (a little doughy) roasted duck in basil sauce ( excellent) and pineapple fried rice (good but where were the raisins listed?) ).
