We arrived a bit early for the dinner rush and were seated immediately. As we settled in, the dining room began to fill--always a good sign. Menus and drinks came quickly, and our server was attentive from the start, bringing water and taking our drink order without delay. Prices are reasonable. One friend ordered the Tom Yum soup with shrimp, and he couldn't stop raving about it--he said it was the best he's ever had, and he's visited plenty of Thai restaurants. Our entrées arrived soon after, and every single dish at the table was outstanding. I chose the Pad Thai with chicken, skipped an appetizer, and still finished every bite. The flavors were spot‑on, portions generous, and presentation appealing. By the end of the meal, we all agreed we'd happily return. Everything was packed perfectly, and most of the food was delicious! The hamachi was my favorite, the Monster Lobster Roll is huge, and the Tom Kha soup (Thai hot) was amazing. They also included plenty of eel sauce and spicy mayo. On the downside, the otoro and salmon didn't taste very fresh, and the edamame tasted like it was cooked in chicken water, which was unexpected. Wow! Let me tell you looks are deceiving, doesn't look like much on the outside but once you walk in you forget where the location is. Located in a strip mall off of 41. The inside is quite small, but options include booth, table, and bar seating! We just so happened to be seated right away, one table left just for us :) Lots of options on the menu, seems like lunch would be the best time to go. They offer many lunch combo meals. I'm pregnant so my roll options were limited but the server was happy to point out what rolls were not raw! I think anything you order would satisfy your taste buds! I dont usually leave negative reviews but this one has to be said.. The food was decent and our waiter was fine, but the way my family was treated by one of the staff was absolutely disgusting. A woman with a ponytail and glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Our 1-year-old son got sick and threw up -- as parents, we immediately cleaned up after him and made sure to throw away all the trash properly. The bathroom was already filthy before we even used it. Despite that, this woman chased us outside, blamed us for the bathroom being dirty, and spoke to us like we were beneath her. What really crossed the line was how she kept saying "Ew" directly toward our baby and making nasty, childish faces. It was completely unprofessional and flat-out disrespectful. I don't care how good the food was -- no one deserves to be treated like that, especially a family with a sick child. Ive never seen a restaurant who cut a napkin roll in half to save paper towels and they wanna talk about cleanliness. I would consider this place a hidden gem due to its location in a strip mall. It was pretty busy in here for a Wednesday night in my opinion! The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Everyone pitched in taking our order and checking in on the table. We started with the miso soup and the crab Rangoon. Both were really good! The rangoon was a different texture than I'm used to, but flavorful nonetheless. I opted for the pad thai with shrimp and an order of the sashmi salmon. I'm little annoyed that the salmon was $7 for two pieces, but the presentation was really nice. I think that's what I was paying for to be honest. The pad thai wasn't the best I ever had, it had too much acid in which took away from any heat they may have added to it. It also wasn't the worse, do with it as you will.
