Showed up and they put us into our own spaces next to each other separated by walls that don't go all the way back so that employees can go back and forth to grab items. Our facial lasted for 1.5 hrs. The massage was a long time on our face. They didn't ask us what kind of facial we wanted, they just did the microdermabrasion facial automatically. I am guessing that's all they do. We didn't bother asking because that's what we wanted. They trimmed out eyebrows. I thought that was weird. She didn't even ask me, but she did a good job and I didn't mind it. The ladies speak English but not great. You can understand it. They know how to use facial terms which makes me feel better. I'm sure that everyone there is licensed. We paid $65 for our facials each. It was unbelievable. My friend wants to do this once a month now. She enjoyed it that much. 1.5 hrs is a bit much for me, I think 1 hour would have been good. I did sleep 1/4 of the time and I could hear others snoring. Place is older in an Asian plaza. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped.
