Wanted to go to a facial spot that wouldn't cost me $130 or more for 45 min but still did a decent job. My sister told me how she likes this place because they do 1.5 hour microdermabrasion facials and they did more steps during the facial than most other places. Mind you, this is an Asian place. They talk in their own language to each other while doing facials. It's not a quiet facial the entire time. If you need peace and quiet the ENTIRE time, this is not for you. Made an appointment for 2 facials for a Saturday morning at 9:30am over the phone for my friend's 40th birthday. Showed up and they put us into our own spaces next to each other separated by walls that don't go all the way back so that employees can go back and forth to grab items. Our facial lasted for 1.5 hrs. The massage was a long time on our face. They didn't ask us what kind of facial we wanted, they just did the microdermabrasion facial automatically. I am guessing that's all they do. We didn't bother asking because that's what we wanted. They trimmed out eyebrows. I thought that was weird. She didn't even ask me, but she did a good job and I didn't mind it. The ladies speak English but not great. You can understand it. They know how to use facial terms which makes me feel better. I'm sure that everyone there is licensed. We paid $65 for our facials each. It was unbelievable. My friend wants to do this once a month now. She enjoyed it that much. 1.5 hrs is a bit much for me, I think 1 hour would have been good. I did sleep 1/4 of the time and I could hear others snoring. Place is older in an Asian plaza. Hannah is my go for facial! She is always consistent & thorough. I feel relaxed when im there, I actually fall asleep. I usually go during the week so the atmosphere is calm & there's not much talking in the background. For the price & the service you receive its totally worth it! 10/10! I would recommend. read more

Hit or miss, last two times that I've been here wasn't pleasant. Felt like it was rushed and incomplete. Even with a scheduled appt. And also with Hanna working on me. It can get pretty loud in there with the talking. I guess you do get what you pay for. read more

Honestly for the prices 5 stars is the only way to go. You can get a facial for about $60 and it last 1.5 hours. They deep clean, extract and use some great products. It in south sac and Asian owned. Wanted to give this place good reviews but the lady who assisted me with a facial and microdermabrasion caused me to have a broken blood vessel in my eye. She spilled one of the products where my eye was which led to the result. She stated it wasn't her fault and that it was mine, that there was no way she could've done it. Word of advice: when working on clients, be extremely careful on applying products. I will never ever come back to this establishment again. read more

Love getting my facials here. It is affordable & they do a great job. I usually get a microdermabrasion facial done. It is a cash only spot so that's something to keep in mind. Most of the time they give you a facial massage but this time I went they only gave me a quick minute massage. Overall highly recommend because it's affordable and they do a good job. read more

I took my 13 YO son to this spot for a facial and blackhead extractions. I booked with Moon after reading positive feedback here. She was lovely, took her time, chatted with my son and mostly explained what she was doing. She was kind and as gentle as possible. The facial lasted about an hour and was $50. Definitely a value for the money. The place was pretty clean, very much out of the 80s or 90s with handbags and a mix of all kinds of items to purchase but no pressure about all that. The back facial spaces were semi- private with shower curtain dividers. There were a few electric machines used (steam, and??) and a Mish mosh of different carts and cabinets with many tubes and jars of products and odds and ends in glass cabinets. She did steam, hot towels, extractions, a mask (clay?) and some other steps as well. He was covered with a towel and Moon used a velcro headband to keep his hair off his face. It was definitely not plush or anywhere near upscale and that's OK as it was what my son needed without all the frills. read more

Lately, I've been trying these small shops on little Saigon to see what they offer, and for the price you pay here, you get your moneys worth! $40 for a 90 minute facial is not bad at all and I will be returning after experiencing great quality work from here. Making an appointment was super easy and as soon as I arrived, the esthetician by name of Moon started on my face right away! Steam is always my favorite part since, it is winter after all! The steam not only kept me warm, but it also opened up my pores. She knew that I was not looking forward to extractions so she was extremely gentle and it was almost pain free! I have been passing this place on my way to my hair dresser for years . My normal facial lady was is on vacation and I decided to give them a try after my trip to the salon. Moon was the esthetician. She was polite and good at her job . I chose to get the European facial and at $45 for 90 minutes it was excellent . Rooms are shared and not the most luxurious place but the product was good at a excellent price . I will recommend and also go back for another one . read more

Love this place to get a facial and microdermabrasion, they take their time never rushed and it's always an hour and a half. They don't skip any steps, very consistent and my go to. I had a horrible experience here. The workers were talking bad about one client during my facial, which is very unprofessional. If I didn't understood Vietnamese, they would had probably did the same to me. The lady was doing pimple extractions on me and she was continuing to lecture me on how bad my skin was. It was the last thing I wanted to hear. It didn't stop there. After she was done with my facial, I sat up and took a look at my skin in the mirror. I kid you not, there was so much acne scars that she created. She reassured me that it will go away in a couple of days. Now, it has been about 3 months and I am left with a whole bunch of scars. Finally found my new go to spot for facials at an affordable price! I had my appointment with Hannah and during my session she made sure I was comfortable. I love that she was very gentle when using the extraction tool. When getting a facial this is usually not my favorite part but she made it painless. I am looking forward to my next month appointment with her and plan to take my time to see all the products she sells. Great facial experience here, for 90 mins and $40. My esthetician was Annie and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. She took her time and addressed my skin problems and how to take care of it. I got a facial with microdermabrasion and some extractions of blackheads, she also gave me a massage around my shoulders and neck. I am definitely coming back every other month to see her. Oh oh, I think I have a new addiction. My skin was looking tired, dry and aged. I recently seemed to acquire small age spots across my face. I have sensitive skin and my complexion is fair. Swimming daily, being exposed to sun and harsh chlorine has taken a toll... And I guess age too. Anyways, I have only had one facial previous to this one and that was 20 years ago. I came to this tiny gem of a place by recommendation. The salon is small, clean, quiet and relaxing. The lady recommended microdermabrasion. My esthetician was sweet and friendly. She got me comfortable and worked away for an hour and twenty minutes, buffing, massaging, applying a variety of creams and masks. And voila! An overall great experience, no harsh reactions on my sensitive skin. She dug out blackheads and tweeted very fine hairs around my brows. It was sooooo relaxing.
