My biggest disappointment was not only the outcome, but also the lack of follow-up. After both appointments, I was NEVER contacted to see how i was healing or whether I had any concerns. As a client making a significant financial investment, I expected a higher level of communication and aftercare. I understand that every injector has a different approach and every patient may have a different experience. I think it's important that I finally say something and warn others so no one goes through what I did. Between approx. 201-2024 I got multiple sessions of RF microneedling done here. The first handful were with the Virtue RF machine & a nurse who no longer works there. I loved the results. However, the last two treatments I received literally ruined my face and made me look 10 years older. The second to last one was with a different nurse. Looking back, I think it's possible they used a different machine during this session despite me booking what I had always done. Or the nurse didn't know what she was doing and was too aggressive. I unfortunately don't know what happened exactly, but I walked out of that session looking tired instead of refreshed, and to this day over 2 yrs later I still have an imprint of where I assume she left the machine on my skin too long. My skin never looked quite the same again. Looking at photos it's clear I lost volume at that appointment. But I was naive and thought it was in my head or a fluke. The last RFMN I did completely and permanently ruined my face. I came in around July 2024 right before I was about to move back to Southern CA, and made sure to book a different nurse than the prior treatment. When I looked at the paperwork they gave me before my treatment, I noticed it said Morpheus8. I explicitly asked if that was the same machine I had been doing all this time because it looked unfamiliar. They said yes. I thought I must have been mistaken and proceeded to have the treatment done. I walked out looking 10 years older, deflated, and droopy. People around me actually commented on it too. And since that day, I have not been able to look at myself in a mirror and feel beautiful. I had plump cheeks & beautiful volume all over my face before that treatment. It had already been impacted but after that appointment it all vanished instantly and I was left with hollow cheeks and a gaunt appearance. The nurse also went over one side twice, so that side is even worse than other. Multiple dermatologists have since confirmed it isn't in my head when I show them photos of me immediately before the treatment. I literally had to change my blush placement. It has been nearly a year and a half and i still look tired, old, and terrible. I also have orange peel textured skin now so my makeup never looks smooth. I had to get on anti depressants to manage my mental state. I regret that day SO MUCH. It's extremely hard to go from liking your reflection in the mirror to not liking it, especially when it happens so quickly. It has impacted my life so much. I am finally trying to address the volume loss with new providers since it's clear it's not going to come back naturally and I don't want to live the rest of my life feeling like this. It will cost me thousands of dollars to just look like I did before, and even then, it will never be a full improvement. The damage is irreversible but I am willing to try anything at this point to just look in the mirror and feel ok. Not great, just ok. Anyways, please be careful if you come here. Do not let them do RFMN on you. Had I known they were using a different machine on me than my prior appointments or their nurses were not equipped to perform the service, I NEVER would have gone through with my appointment that day. The only reason I did was because they said it was the same as the machine I had always been doing. I believed them and thought I was mistaken. My receipts show that wasn't true. ** note: they have said they never offered Morpheus8. I am going to try to find my receipts because maybe I'm getting the name of the different machine they used mixed up. Regardless, my experiences are real and valid, and it happened at this office. Whether it was provider error, the machine, etc. it had a HUGE impact on my life. I have no reason to make this up besides wanting to protect other women from what I went through.

On the day of my appointment I was having severe pain from my previous surgery and asked if I can reschedule and if there can be a one time courtesy to waive the $50 charge but they told me no so I did my best and ended up showing up. There's only one doctor, DR. LATIFA A. PACHECO, that runs this office and even though she has her policy, she could have definitely make an exception if she wanted to give me some grace, but she didn't. When I came to my appointment, after discussing what the treatment would be, I decided to do the treatment on a different day due to the side effects that I would endure for two weeks. Dr Pacheco then told me that the $50 would not apply towards the treatment since I did not do it on the same day. She also admitted that the receptionist gave me the wrong information and should have told me but she didn't and she will have a talk with her to remind her. So even though Dr Pacheco admitted that the mistake was made on her receptionist and not on me, still told me I would be charged the $50 regardless. She admitted her mistake, but did not make it right with a new potential customer. I let her know that if I knew this ahead of time, I would have made my appointment on a different day. Dr Pacheco's demeanor with me was very curt and condescending. She pretty much said "Sorry bout that" and Just kept asking me if there's anything else she can help me with and make sure to let me know that her time is very valuable and she is very busy. Even though I do need this treatment, I will definitely be finding another office with better professionalism and with someone that would tried to make it right after admitting they made a mistake. Terrible way to run an office, but she made it known how busy and valuable she is which is why she wouldn't care to lose a customer. Just Keep that up and it will come around.

Her attitude is slightly excusable because I would be angry at the world if I'd peroxided my hair as much as she had. But when it comes to my health - I want someone who will offer me a smile and solutions. If you manage to get past the gatekeeper, you'll experience all sorts of inefficiencies with the rest of the personnel. Months of delays in getting prescriptions filled. Lost requests. Unreturned phone calls. And a mountain of excuses on it all. Bottom line - if you don't think your chocha deserves 5-star service, stop by this clinic. Otherwise, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

For the past 1.5 year, I've been coming here and I've always scheduled my appointments way in advance. It seems this business keeps changing their business hours. They would call and leave a message to reschedule. I would call back, leave a message and they would not call me back. I've even send them emails. Basically, they are really hard to get ahold of. I've had to reschedule my appointments frequently because the nurse couldnt make it in, the machine is not working, or the receptionist put the wrong date or time of my appointments. It's kind of frustrating. Another con about this place is that they expect you to be there 15 mins early to check in. Every appointment... I've waited 15-45 mins after my scheduled appointments. Regarding the laser results, I've had different areas of my body lasered. One area of my body was lasered 12 times (highest level 7) and the hairs are still growing but thinner. I'm not sure if its my body or the machine is not that strong. Maybe this is the reason why it doesnt hurt as bad as other machines? I've decided that I'm not going to get anymore lasers from this facility. Dont get me wrong, the staff are really nice but the business itself is unreliable.
