The treatment left my skin numb, irritated, and covered in rashes for months. On top of that, I paid in advance for the applicators, and when I requested a refund, they refused. When I asked why I wasn't seeing any results, they gave the same standard response every time: "Everybody responds differently, so we can't guarantee results." That makes it impossible to hold them accountable. CoolSculpting is very expensive, and I regret spending my money on it. To make matters worse, they stopped answering my calls when I tried to follow up. Based on my experience, I would not recommend LaserAway. Think carefully before spending your money there.

If you manage to get past the gatekeeper, you'll experience all sorts of inefficiencies with the rest of the personnel. Months of delays in getting prescriptions filled. Lost requests. Regarding the laser results, I've had different areas of my body lasered. One area of my body was lasered 12 times (highest level 7) and the hairs are still growing but thinner. I'm not sure if its my body or the machine is not that strong. Maybe this is the reason why it doesnt hurt as bad as other machines?
