Great wine selection and food pairings. Ample seating inside and out. The owner was very nice in explaining their origins and offerings. We will be back!

1st stop on our winery tour in Palisade! The views were breathtaking and likely the most beautiful of all. It was very hot out so despite the ample seating and beautiful scenery, we grabbed two seats at the bar and ordered a white wine flight and charcuterie board. The wine was a bit sweet, in fact to sweet for us so we opted to move on once done. The charcuterie on the other hand was yummy and a nice size. It was a Friday afternoon and I totally expected it to be more lively but it wasn't. Additionally the tasting/dining room was also hot and the buzzing annoying flies essentially chased us out!!

This sun dried tomato turkey sandwich was delicious. We sat outside and took a break from drinking here which was perfect. Really enjoyed it and would go back

Beautiful scenery, delicious wine, great service, and an amazing charcuterie. Wish their dinner menu was a little more inspired, but food was good.

So so so cute! The whole atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. I fell in love for sure. The wine was delicious, the food was really good as well. I got a turkey and Swiss sandwich with the pasta salad. It was a solid meal for sure. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be making time to stop by again.

This vineyard has one of the most beautiful settings in Palisade. We had a severe allergy in the group and the and the staff was amazing to accommodate us. The food was decent, the burgers were over seasoned but the fish was very good and cooked well. The wine is a hit on the sweeter sideburn did like the white blend, it paired well with the fish. If you're in n the neighborhood stop by for a glass and good scenery.

This was our first time dining at Maison at the conclusion of our wine tasting in Palisade. Jeremy kindly stayed and cooked for us as we were running a few minutes late from our scheduled time. Monica took great care of us. The scenery was beautiful and the weather was perfect despite the high temperatures during the day. We highly recommend the Waldorf Chicken Salad sandwich! We shared the sausage plate, baked Brie and Mediterranean quesadillas and enjoyed it all. I was hesitant about Mediterranean Quesadillas, (what in the world is that???) and was delighted once I tasted! We ordered the suggested wine pairings which were an excellent recommendation. Overall delightful experience!!

    Slushie flight and charcuterie board.

This place was fantastic! The charcuterie board was delicious. We got the wine slushie flight and the reds flight. Both were great! Service was amazing! We loved getting to sit on their covered patio.

Flight #1 (You had me at Merlot); enjoyed this one tremendously!

When it comes to ambience, I have to vote for this place as No. 1 out of all 11 vineyards/wineries I had a pleasure of visiting during my quick two-night stay in Palisade/Powderhorn area this week. To quickly epitomize my visit at Maison... Flight #1 (You had me at Merlot) - I enjoyed this one tremendously! I was willing to pay for the full $16 price even though I kindly asked the lady to pour half of the regular pour size for each. Even though I wasn't looking to get any sort of discount, she gave me 25% discount on it. How nice of her! Indoor tasting area - is not necessarily huge but it's got a great ambiance. The temperature outside in Palisade was in its mid-90's (at the tome of visit) in the early afternoon hours. Although the shaded/covered patio seating outside was as cute as the inside, I simply needed to escape the heat so I chose inside. Food to eat - unlike other vineyards/wineries where they only serve wines (plus they might have a food truck outside), this place serves food like a restaurant. And the menu has a good variety. When the salmon salad caught my attention, I had to order it (for later as late lunch or early dinner in my hotel room.) I was pretty impressed with the salmon when I ate it later in early evening. A group of people came and sat at the same (big/long) table with me where the gentleman in the group said his wife works at this winery as a chef in the kitchen. I later saw her as she came out from the back when she and her husband were chatting a bit. A big compliment to her for the wonderful salmon salad!! Merchandise - they do have very cute swag especially the t-shirts. They were around $21 (not bad at all!) The print on each design is so adorable; should have taken a picture of it. I got a few (rubber) coasters (black and wine red); they are also glass covers so they serve two purposes! Would be a great gift for wine loving family/friends. Airbnb - the property right next to the winery is Airbnb and it's got a pond and yard to walk around and enjoy. And a nice outdoor seating area just front of the property is so picturesque. Stay/dine/wine - all three in one!

Made this our lunch spot along our winery hopping tour, tasty food and they recommended a delicious crisp white blend to cool us off!

Kristen was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and attentive. We enjoyed several private events at the winery throughout the weekend, and everything was beautifully done. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel as though, in a room full of people, we were the most important guests there. While the wine was delicious, it was Kristen, her family, and the team who truly made our weekend fun, relaxing, and memorable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Restoration Vineyards, Palisades , Colorado - July 13, 2026…read more This is a beautiful winery with a modern indoor tasting room and large beautiful outdoor covered grassy area with lots of tables and chairs that has a nice stage for music events. We tasted indoors. Zander was our server and he was terrific! My wife and I shared a tasting and Zander did a great job describing the wines. The wines I've tried from other wineries in this area typically aren't my favorite. I tend to pick up a flavor that is faintly herbaceous on just about every varietal I've tried. Kind of like a stemy character. Not overpowering, but just not my favorite. Not the case with any of the wines we tried at Restoration. The flavor profiles were spot on. All the wines we had were terrific - Chardonnay, Riesling, Rose, Semillon, Pinotage, Barbera, Cab. Franc, and Red Blend. Winery owner, Gary, happened to hear me mention how much I liked the wines here and how I had been picking up the stemy character from other wines in the area. He explained that Restoration uses a unique processes to help eliminate that character. Realizing how much we liked the wines here, Gary opened a bottle of Semillion that was not part of the tasting flight. It had won a double gold medal at the San Francisco Wine Competition and came in second in Best of class. What a delight! I highly recommend this winery!

Even though it was 95°F outside, we stayed comfortable thanks to the plenty of shaded seating and outdoor misters. There are cozy chairs on the lawn where we spent quite a while enjoying our wine and the scenery. The winery is also pet-friendly both inside and outside, which was a huge plus for us. They don't serve food, but they typically have food trucks on-site. We did the tasting, which included all six wines currently available. My favorite was the White Blend, while my husband's favorite was the Red Blend. The staff was incredibly friendly. After we ordered our tasting inside, they even brought the remaining pours out to me while I was relaxing outside, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, Restoration Vineyards offers beautiful views, great wine, excellent service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely visit again.

We knew there were plenty of wineries, but since my wife like trying new things and I didn't know where she had gone in the past, I had her pick the place to go when we got in and she 'randomly' selected this one. We couldn't have been happier. They have plenty of places to sit outside, but we went to the upstairs patio that overlooks the vineyard. It was a great choice. It's very pleasant, the view is beautiful, it's covered (so you're not baking in the sun), and when the breeze rolls through, it's perfect. We were a little taken aback that we had to go "all the way" downstairs when we wanted more wine, but then realized that it's the 'winery atmosphere' (remember - first day in to Palisade). We absolutely loved sitting on the patio and having a couple glasses of wine. We spent the next day visiting a few other wineries, but after two others, we decided to go back to Carboy. Sat on the upstairs patio again and listened to the live music (with a couple glasses of wine). It was amazing. Carboy has an assorted selection of food that can be ordered. We didn't order any, but it looked amazing and the people around us that did order things seemed happy with it. The only thing that we commented on was that when there's live music, we would have loved to have had the option of a food truck. If that had been the case, we both agreed that we probably would have stayed and had dinner there (as it was, we decided to leave and get dinner from a restaurant). If you're in Palisade (and are visiting wineries), I highly recommend Carboy. Personally, I'd skip the tasting 'flight' and go straight for a glass of wine, but that's mostly because the tasting varies from white to red (and I'm not a big fan of whites).

It was absolutely amazing!! From the service to the very last drink. It was worth the stop.read more

On the plus side, each wine is poured fresh and served cold, but it does interrupt the experience.
