There is a very strange and irritated way of interacting with other humans at this stand. I also e-mailed them about their general taste tasting policy and never heard back. They may just not care about long-term customer retention or relations. If you don't care about the treatment you receive and are okay with buying cheeses you can't taste then this may be a good place to get some cheese you would not find at a grocery store.
