AMAZING experience! I promised my sister I would take a charcuterie board to her hubby's bday gathering (who by the way, is a professional chef). While browsing Yelp for a charcuterie board I found Mr. Charcuterie online and called. Dawid was so nice and sweet. After our initial phone conversation we communicated via text and he was always very responsive. On the day of delivery, Dawid arrived earlier than promised with the board to my door. The board was beautiful! It was wrapped so carefully! It made it so easy for me to take on my 45 min. drive to my sister's. The board itself was gorgeous with a big variety of cheese, meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, and spreads. The crackers and utensils were packed in a separate box. I was the most popular person at the gathering thanks to the charcuterie board. It was a BIG hit. It is all everyone would talk about. I will definitely be a returning customer!

    a variety of appetizers

I had Mr. Charcuterie cater for a corporate event of 150 people, The delivery and set-up by David was impeccable and the ease of planning towards the guest requirements made it even better. A beautiful display and rave reviews from all of the guests. Please do not hesitate to request his services. You will not be sorry. Thank you for making that part of the event planning seamless.

Excellent service, thank you! Delivery was early, well packed and surrounded by ice packs to keep the board cold. Highly recommend.

Their menu doesn't have anything marked but the server was very knowledgeable. He went through the entire menu and indicated what could be made GF. They do not have GF pasta or bread but they do have a few options for GF crackers. We ordered the crunch party, cheese board with GF crackers, brussels sprouts, and rosemary potato rosti to share. The server made sure to modify everything to be GF and had the potatoes cooked in a separate pan to avoid cross contamination. We also had the GF almond cake. When the staff brought the food, they even acknowledged it was GF before serving. The food and service were fantastic! Really appreciate how knowledgeable and accommodating the staff was. Highly recommend!

Very cozy place with a nice vibe to catch up with friends or if you want a simple, but tasty brunch. We ordered the daily cheese board with two meats, and the beef brisket deep sandwich. Honestly I was not impressed by the board, but the meats were really good. The baguette was 10/10 even the salad that comes with it was great. The main reason for the 4 stars is the $20 cork fee. I was shocked and disappointed since the main reason I picked that place was to have a bottle of wine. Most of them were $30, 35, $40 plus $20 cork fee which is incomprehensible to me, considering I'm buying the bottle from the establishment and also consuming it there plus the food I'm getting. Service was great and I appreciate that the server let us know that the gratuity was included.

I had their fig and cheese sandwich and I thought it was pretty good for airport food. We would probably try another spot next time we pass through this airport.

First was the tipping. I put in my own order at the kiosks, it asked at the end if I wanted to tip,…read moreno table service either, but I still always tip something. The next screen only gave 3 options, the lowest was 18% and NONE of the options were "custom". So this was off to a bad start being forced into tipping 18%. Then the workers didn't have good customer service, no eye contact or friendliness at all, it's like the know they won't likely see most people ever again being this is at an airport. My expectations were not high, but I figured a grilled cheese and fig sandwich would be hard to mess up. However, that was not the case. The sandwich was burnt and only cute through the top slice of bread so I had to use my hand to tear it apart with made the bread fall apart. I also noticed a smell when I opened the wrapper that smelled like old oil. It wasn't fried so I don't understand this, just smelled of old oil or old butter. The bag it came in was all greasy too, I forgot to take picture of that. So for $15.69 for only a grilled cheese and dog sandwich, I do not recommend.

On a recent work trip to Chicago, I had the chance to experience all of Eataly's offerings. During…read moremy first visit, I picked up some sweet treats to enjoy after dinner. First, I explored the endless snack aisles and selected a bag of chocolate-hazelnut biscuits to take home. I couldn't resist the gelato and tried the pistachio flavor (yum!) On my next visit to Eataly a couple of days later, I ordered a cappuccino, and while my beverage took a long time to prepare, the espresso tasted very high quality. The pastries looked stunning and decadent, and I imagine they'd pair wonderfully with espresso if you have time to linger at the cafe (I was in a hurry to get to a work meeting). The next day, my team and I visited Eataly's restaurant for lunch. I selected the anchovy toast as my starter and the gnocchi for my main as part of the lunch special. The toast consisted of two slices of sourdough bread topped with creamy lemon spread and anchovies. The contrast of the bright lemon flavor with the ultra-salty anchovies was tempered by the creamy butter - these all paired together quite well. The gnocchi, on the other hand, was underwhelming. The gnocchi was much too soft (it had the texture of mashed potatoes), and the red sauce was bland. All in all, visiting Eataly was a cool way to experience gourmet Italian food.

We have never been here before and saw they offered a summer Fridays tasting event. The event…read moreitself I wouldn't recommend - they give you tiny sample portions of preselected items on paper hotdog containers. Considering this place is supposed to have some class, we were pretty appalled that they seemed to do the bare minimum for this event. I felt very deceived by how this event was advertised online vs in real life. It seems they intentionally left out details and was marketed as five tastings at five counters, but we receieved barely a sample at each sation. The website said 1. house made pasta - you have one option and it was three bites, no vegetarian option 2. roman-style pizza - only thing I won't complain about although still a small portion 3. Curated drink from Caffe Lavazza - this was a dixie cup portion of a blended Frappuccino 4. house made pastry - they gave you the option of literal bite sized dessert, not a whole pastry 5. the artisanal salumi and formaggi - pathetic, literally 1 piece of meat, three pieces of the same type of cheeses, three olives, and dry stale crackers. Honestly for what they offer this was a slap in the face and from a consumer perspective Eataly's attempt at a summer money making scheme. I would find it hard to believe anyone who rave about this event, in fact I imagine most left very underwhelmed and still hungry. Eataly itself might be a great experience but we did not have the opportunity. We enjoyed the spritz drinks we ordered for their $9 summer special but this event did not make me want to return at all. It unfortunately dangled everything they could have offered in front of us, but then gave us the lowest tier. Driving in traffic to do this was not worth the time, gas, parking or inconvenience and the best part of our city night was when we stepped out of Eataly.

We waited 20 minutes past the reservation as the table before us was not vacated. We were given a table in the back with zero airconditioning on a hot, humid day with box fans. Everyone was sweating - horrible ambiance. Food was sold to us as family style - portion size was NOT family size and not enough for our party. Nevertheless, the food did not warrant us torder more of it- we did enjoy the overpriced tomato and the fritto misto. Skip the onion dip - not great. We enjoyed the capellacci while the cavetelli and the spaghetti alla chitarra was just ok. The gelato was the highlight of the night but honestly we couldn't wait to leave the restaurant. It was extremely disappointing to not have been consultated as to whether we wanted to wait for our original table in the main dining room instead of seating us in the back by the bathrooms. I havent seen family members in months as everyone lives on different coasts - this essentially ruined the whole experience. The food was not memorable enough to counteract the seating issue. I am a salt girl but even without clear shards fo salt on each chip these were the perfect amount. the dip was cool and creamy, more of a tzhaiki like coolness than a zingy guilt ridden onion dip - I tried the Agnolotti purely to eat purple pasta. the inside was filled with beet puree and ricotta making the dish hearty and filling. it was slightly earthy as the beet flavor powered through more than just the light sweet sauce. the roe on top miraculously made the dish slightly fishy everywhere to the degree where I asked the waiter if there was fish inside the pasta.....I loved it - the Cappellacci was a flavor rollercoaster. right away you taste the sweet summer squash, a warm and comforting taste. as you swallow your throat is punched with a chili kick. all on top of cloud like pasta pieces - the Pappardelle was about the pasta, the al dente thick cuts showcased the housemate pasta. maintaining an al dente doughy goodness with the quality of the ingredients keeping the pasta fresh and far from what comes in a box.
