The Hamon and Butter was a bit lighter on butter than some of the others we had at Versailles but the mozzarella was perfect and honestly makes me wish we had something remotely as tasty here in the states. Filling without being too filling, these were the perfect carb bombs to energize our day of walking around Paris. Worth a detour to stop in here.
