She was super quick to respond to our emails and questions, very friendly, and very competent. We also liked the majority of teachers that we met who interacted with our child. The only complaint we made during our time there was that during drop-off and pick-up things always seemed a bit more hectic than they needed to be -- it seemed like having another teacher in there during that time would have helped. The other challenge was teacher turnover, though I imagine this is fairly common at any daycare center. Of the 12 or so teachers we met, five moved on in the year that we were there. Luckily they ended up being replaced by other great teachers. Our only reason for leaving is that a 10% discount on two children was still much higher than us just hiring a nanny.

The director Joanie is very helpful and very informative for just about any situation. In the short time I've had dealing with this provider she has helped me immensely. If Joanie doesn't have an answer or a solution she takes the time to find out what avenues or people need to be involved to solve the problem. My hesitance to return to work and separate from my infant was quickly resolved after meeting the caring teachers at ABB. After 5 years of experience with this school I can confidently say that they provide a safe and loving environment. Not to mention the quality of education is unmatched. I've been told by our pediatrician that both of my boys are meeting their developmental milestones at an advanced rate, despite my oldest son experiencing a late start with his speech skills. His attentive teachers were quick to identify this milestone delay and offered various resources tailored to his needs. Thanks to ABB's dedicated staff my son was able to build a large vocabulary, read, and write by the age of 4! We couldn't have overcome this delay without ABBs skilled and diverse team. Their curriculum also enables children to exercise independence, kindness, and respect. I can't even count how many times I've been pleasantly surprised by my sons initiative to attempt self care tasks and display manners (unprompted!). ABB also prioritizes community involvement. Not only do they host multiple food drives/fundraisers, but my personal favorite is when the local fire department comes to introduce themselves to the kids and teach fire safety. My kids loved it too! ABB has continued to exceed my expectations despite COVID-19's relentless obstacles. The classrooms are always kept clean and organized. Not to mention, the building (including the locker rooms) is very clean. Outside of that, they have open pickleball, open swim and several leagues that go on throughout the year. Also, this location has a little cafe where you can hang out and get a drink if needed! You definitely get your bang for your buck here.
