We called and spoke to them over the phone to let them know what we were looking for, went the same day to put down the deposit, they called that same day and said delivery would be the following day. They called within the timeframe to let us know they were on the way, got everything up and running and took the old ones away for us. They even gave us some pointers on the new equiment. Prices were always competitive and they deliver expert service and, in one case, over the top great. When my old dryer wouldn't spin and the problem was identified to be a failed door switch which, unfortunately, had been discontinued and was no longer available, that meant my dryer was dead in the water. The service tech wouldn't hardwire the switch so the dryer can operate, but he showed me how to, which saved me from buying a new dryer. That was 3 years ago. The same dryer died again a week ago, but this time I decided to replace it because it needed too many new parts. The new GE dryer was delivered and installed for a very good price. Highly recommended!
