Today, just over 90 days later, a part on the drum disintegrated during a wash load. I called Ali and asked him to come back today. Two other employees came and told me 1) the part was irreplaceable and 2) the work is out of warranty and 3) buy a new washer. My response: Ali should have seen this part was disintegrated and advised me to not spend any more on this appliance! Based on this, I am giving the lowest review I think I ever have.

I had a GE Profile refrigerator that stopped cooling. I was afraid it was the compressor. Sergey arrived on time and he though it was the inverter on the compressor that had failed. He offered to replace it and if it didn't solve the problem he wouldn't charge me, that is unheard of these days.
