The top rack in my 12 year old GE dishwasher had a number of broken/rusted prongs. I contacted several companies about replacing the rack. TJ was the most responsive, he gave me the part number to order for the new rack and did the install for less than the other company who gave me a quote. Once I received the new top rack, I contacted TJ again and he sent Max over several days later who replaced the rack in about 30 minutes. Had them out once before and they fixed my leaking washing machine. The recent visit we had a dishwasher that was leaking and causing floor damage. They came out to diagnose and give an estimate . After inspecting the dishwasher and diagnosing the issue he actually recommended not fixing and instead purchasing a new Bosch model because they have a feature that won't allow it to leak, plus fixing the existing appliance would be practically the cost of it new.
