This is a scam service, beware. I called them earlier this year based on the reviews on Yelp for a broken washer and a stove burner that wouldn't light at a rental property. They first charged me for the washer but couldn't repair it so they refunded me via a check. Then they spent over an hour trying to repair the broken stove burner only to tell me that they didn't buy the right part. My tenant was left so frustrated and, in her own words, said the repairman "didn't seem to know what he was doing" that she asked for a different repair service. When I asked White Crow to call off the stove repair as well and refund me what they charged, their attitude changed completely. First, the lady straight up lied to me and said the company would send a second refund check which I never received. After weeks of not receiving anything, any of my further calls went straight to voicemail. In summary, they failed to repair two appliances, charged me for one of them regardless, lied to me that they would refund the second failed repair, and ultimately ghosted me. This is a scam business through and through. read more

He was professional, competent and replaced the evaporator fan in good time. And now the fridge works as before and even the icemaker is making ice. He diagnosed the blown compressor in our LG fridge quickly, had a replacement in the truck, and had replaced it within a few hours. Total cost was very reasonable for a replacement compressor and 2-3 hours of labor. He was very tidy and did not leave a mess. Great service came out the same day I called them. Needed to order a part and then it was installed pretty quick considering the holiday. The tech was on time and very professional. Getting it repaired saved money as new washers are expensive. The lady in the office was very responsive as well and called to schedule an appointment as soon as the part arrived. The quick: Ali was great, prompt and figured out the cause and solution very quickly: operator error Unabridged I reached out to White Crow Repair on a whim on Sat morning of 4th of July weekend expecting to get a response/resolution Monday at the earliest. I called and left a vm and was contacted within minutes. They said they could send someone within a few hours, they also said the service fee was $90 but gets applied toward the repair if I elect to go with them. Very professional response I was not expecting at all, and sure your terms are agreeable and disclosed upfront. Ali showed up a few hours later right on schedule and got right to work. After ~10 min he figures out what was causing our dishwasher to not close all the way. It wasn't the door latch that I already paid $50 for a replacement for on Amazon and installed it and then yielded to the help of a professional when that did not solve the problem. The problem.... a utensil was loaded onto the top rack and was lodged between a rack support and the back of the dishwasher not allowing it to close completely... In the best interest of my own livelihood I will not disclose whether it was my wife or myself that loaded the dishwasher in such a chaotic haphazard fashion that would eventually lead us both to re-enacting Tommy Boy in the gas station scene when he's trying to get the door closed again. Our washing machine was not draining all the water. I contacted White Crow Repair and Andre was able to come out the next day. He replaced the pump, however, there was still an issue with the water draining. He concluded that it was in fact an issue with the electrical board. He was able to order the electrical piece and replace it within a couple of days and only charged us for the electrical piece and not the pump. If we ever have another issue with a home appliance, we'll definitely be contacting White Crow again. read more

Ali, my technician, quickly identified the problem and said he was going to get the part the next day and would come back to do the repair. As promised, Ali sourced the part and came back that day to install the new evaporator fan. Fridge is good as new and I'm able to go on my trip worry-free. Very nice and accommodating. Called on a Friday, Andre checked the problem, called to find part involved, found it and advised they would call me when it was received. At 8am on Monday I received the call to repair. By 2pm Monday it was all repaired. The 1st time this happened a few years back it took 2 different repair companies sent by the warranty company to get started and I had to do the follow up several times before it was fixed. I posted a request for refrigerator repair quotes, and White Crow was one of the first to reply immediately with availability window options. The repair person arrived on time. He was masked, very polite and honest. He looked at my refrigerator/freezer and advised me candidly, "I can fix this right now and it will cost $xx, you will maybe get "x" more months of life. I recommend you just replace it if you are able.", later the owner followed up with a call to reiterate what the repair person said, and made certain I understood and was comfortable with my decision. ....and this is why they are my new favorites. Sometimes the best repair person tells you not to bother with the repair. He could have made some money, and even warrantied the work for a bit; but he knew I was not going to get my money's worth. It was very easy to make an appointment. My subzero refrigerator was leaking and not making ice. Andrey came in time and fixed it. The ice machine started working again very well. Unfortunately the leak came back within a week so I called back. Andrey came back the following day and found out what the issue was and fixed it right away.
