I checked on Amazon.com for the price of the valves, and heavy duty valves cost about $70 for 3. I called the company to check the policy and the prices, (I was upset), and the woman was very defensive and refused to give me the list price for the valves and the work. They referred to the Technicians, and told me that I should get the prices from them. This is VERY FISHY and an example of how you should NOT DO business - especially at the time where people are hit by the "Corona Plague." Note: my full brand new system cost me $3500 - there was a crew of 7 people for half a day - they dug and installed the current box, the valves and all the irrigation throughout my property.
