A positive review for all shore plumbing I had a few major plumbing emergencies in my home that all shore plumbing was able to help me with efficiently for a reasonable price. In 2023 my basement was flooding and I didn't know from where. I called all shore and they got a crew here in under 30 minutes. They located where the water source was coming into my home and saved my basement & my belongings from further water damage. In 2024 my basement was smelling like sewage and all shore was able to figure out that my waste line had a crack in it. The team worked diligently and was able to replace my waste line in under 1 day. I was shocked that my basement was dust free even though they needed to cut walls open to access the waste line. Called for service for my wall hung boiler. Advertisement stated they could repair it. I should have known I was in trouble as the repairman Scott spent half the time on the phone with customer support as he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Well 3 days later my unit shut down again and now it's a holiday weekend. Called him back but he was unable to help me as the customer service is closed for the weekend. Demanded a refund as I called another company and they were able to get my unit up and running in 10 minutes. Had to give one start as Yelp doesn't allow for zero stars. read more

Although it was a holiday week, Scott responded immediately to my text about a leaky faucet. His son/partner Mike got the necessary parts (discontinued item so not easy to find) and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be more happy with All Shore! We hired Scott with All Shore Plumbing because our indirect water heater died. Instead of getting another indirect tank, we decided to do a dual tankless wall mount water/gas system ( since our gas burner was about 19 years old). Such a space saver AND we have unlimited hot water on demand. Their work is impeccable and immaculate. Job was complete in a day and half( right before New Year's Eve). We had 2 other estimates from larger companies, which thankfully I shared with Scott because one of them quoted us for the absolute wrong unit- only water NOT heat ( be careful of salesmen that have no clue about plumbing). Scott was honest and genuinely wanted to see us get the best system for our money. How am I the first to review?! And why are there hidden 5-star reviews for this company? Let me tell you a story about a plumbing issue I've been having for MONTHS. Our guest bathroom shower has never worked right. The pressure was so low, our guests preferred baths. I was given two recommendations from the Seaford FB group. One for All Shore and one for another plumber. Somehow the lines got crossed and I ended up hiring the other guy. Let's just call him "John" because that was his name. He robbed us blind. Literally took $500 from us to "fix" the issue. Spoiler alert: it wasn't fixed. The shower stopped working again last week and I decided to call All Shore this time. Night and day difference. They were so attentive and communicated everything perfectly. Take a wild guess at what the issue was. :::drum roll::: The shower head setting was broken and needed to be moved over to the other setting. Seriously. That's all it was. That's what cost us hundreds of dollars from the other plumber. The guys at All Shore felt bad that it was something so simple and they still had to charge their fee, but to be honest, I wish the $500+ had gone to them because they deserved it way more than John. For 18 years, I used the same large commercial oil company to deliver me oil and maintain my burner. Mid COVID lost my job, with that said large commercial oil company dropped me because I requested requested time to pay my bill. This forced me to buy oil on demand from a no frills oil company and with no service contract for my burner. This month my no-frills company was a little too late, delivering my oil which caused my burner shut down leaving me with no heat or hot water for two days. I thought I could fix this myself. I watched hours of YouTube videos to no avail. Finally I decide to Google 24 hour emergency boiler repair.... I thought for sure I'd be waiting another 24 hours for someone to come to my house, with that God sends MIKE to the rescue. At 10:30 pm on a freezing Tuesday night I call and get Mike on the phone. Fast forward 15 minutes, Mike is ringing my doorbell. Mike wasn't even on call he just happened to be doing paper work at his shop when I called. I have never had a company be so attentive and caring to a customers needs. Mike worked on my burner for 45 min. After about 30 minutes I began to prepare myself for the sales pitch. You know the one.. " Sir sorry to say you're going to need a new oil burner. Not to worry we care about our customers comfort and satisfaction, so for only $15,000 we will sell you a burner and 1 acre of quality swamp land." Instead, I hear Mike say you're all done Sir, you have heat and you should have hot water in about 15 min. I could go on and on about Mike and his company. A pipe froze and burst behind a wall on Christmas day. I could not isolate it, so I had to shut the water off at the main to stop the leak. Christmas day - no water, no showers, no bathrooms. I called a few emergency plumbers who could not give me an appointment for days. I called Mike at All Shore, he gave me an appointment for 10AM the next morning. His crew arrived on time, they found and repaired the problem quickly, with a minimum of damage to the tiled shower wall that the burst pipe was hiding behind. They saved my holidays! read more

There's SO much to say about this amazing plumber I don't even know where to start! There were some screw ups that our contractor never fixed (couldn't seem to get him and his crew back here to fix them), and he fixed it super fast. He has done quite a lot for us in this new house and I'm beyond happy with his work and his prices. He built the piping in our kitchen, installed the faucets, and fixed the issues from our contractor. He doesn't charge crazy high prices like others do too.
