I've been seeing this company logo more and more recently. We have used these valet services at a…read morefew places and the experiences have generally been average at best; I can only think of one time the valet was friendly and smiled. However, an interaction with an employee yesterday cemented that this is a company I will avoid in the future. While trying to park near the parking garage at the Rim shopping center the truck behind us honked at us and got aggressively close to our bumper. They also made it difficult for oncoming traffic to get past them. As we were parking I saw the driver had a company logo shirt on and valet ticket in her mouth. We walked up to the tent to speak with a manger about the employee's rude behavior but she was the only one there. She was about 5'4" tall and had a long ponytail. When I asked why she had been so rude she simply said 'I'm sorry' in the most condescending way. She did not seem to care at all. Road rage and rudeness are bad enough on any occasion, but to behave that way while on the job is unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse. Business owners and event planners beware, when you contract with employees like this it reflects poorly on you as well.

What makes an excellent company like Uptown Valet stand out is knowing you can trust how they handle it. Not only were they offering a temporary solution by sending a replacement vehicle out before even calling to let me know what was going on, they were on the phone coordinating with me to make sure the needs of the bride and her family and friends were taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the hotel to find not only the vehicle we thought was broken down had arrived, but an additional vehicle was there as well. The team of drivers were professional and prompt throughout the day and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Previous to that, I had a bride whose venue had hired a no name valet service. On the night before the wedding, I received a call from the venue that they had not been able to get in touch with this other company for the last two weeks and weren't sure that anyone would be showing up the next day. One phone call to Arrington and he gathered a team of people together and showed up the next day to the rescue. I am so grateful to work with him and his team that I can trust and would without fail recommend Uptown over and over again to my clients!
