So this started when I purchased a used xt4 and wished I would have purchased an xt6. I took it in for an inspection because i bought it online from another dealer network, and I was informed of what the techs found. So I been buying cars for many years and this is the most impressive dealership I have ever dealt with. Nothing is pushed just recommended and if its a completed repair it's in a timely manner. I can honestly say in all these years this is the best experience I have ever had. These folks are very courteous ,professional people. Its gotta be the cleanest dealership I've ever walked into. Took my truck to get serviced. Truck diagnostic was to pretty much turn the check engine light off. Got home check engine light was back on. Called dealership and explained. Returned the truck days later and was told if the issue wasn't covered under warranty I would charged a diagnostic fee... something that was suppose to be done already. Don't bring your vehicle here. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is better at your local McDonald's which is nothing special to start with. They treat you with little respect and act like they're better than everyone else just because it's Cadillac. Also there are dealership fees and fees that are not shown/disclosed until you are ready to purchase. They do not haggle or go down AT ALL on any price. I highly recommend going to ANY other dealership. Purchased a vehicle back in 2019 from them. Within a month had to have engine completely replaced. 2 months later transmission went completely out stranding my wife and kids. I bought the vehicle with 83000 miles on it and I feel they put a bandaid on it to get by. All of this happened between 89000 and 91000 miles. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty but I had to come out of pocket 4000 dollars for that and then wait 30 days as I was advised the extended warranty would not cover until I have had the vehicle for 30 days. Came into the sealer with a nail in my tire. Because the tire was a Vogue, the Dealer did not have a tire in stock. They would not plug the tire, and did not even suggest to chance the tire with the spare in the truck. I have HATED buying cars in the past!! Everyone I dealt with on this purchase made the experience as good as it ever possibly could be. I started with a string of e-mails with Ashley. She was helpful, friendly, and authentic - she didn't just tell me whatever it took to get me to come on premises. Several e-mails with her was what sold me on doing business at this dealership. When I arrived, I worked with Curtis. He was just as good. He did his salesman job of course, but most importantly, he treated me with enough respect not to pull the old "treat the customer as if they are stupid" act. He listened to what I had to say and was willing to pay. Working with Roosevelt, he was able to get there. It was a win/win for us both. Then John in finance just finished the whole thing off with his flexibility, and again treating me like an intelligent customer, rather than as a rube. Enjoyed him immensely. The only critique I would have is how long it took the folks in the back to get the car out front... it seemed to take longer than it took to get all the other parts of the deal done before the sale. Again, both Ashley and Curtis apologized profusely for the wait, and made valiant efforts on my behalf to get the folks in the back moving along. I would just like to say that my experience at Joe Bullard and working with Mr. AJ Jones and Mr. Roosevelt was absolutely a STELLAR experience. I write this review with the upmost thanks for their professionalism and knowledge and assistance. They had everything pretty much handled when I got there. The car I chose was clean and full of gas when it was given to me. Mr. AJ was very knowledgeable about the car and Mr Roosevelt with my financing. I never felt pressured or rushed or intimidated. Being a female and purchasing a car on my own I never felt cheated or lied to. When we noticed the car did not have a spare tire AJ even called the Infinity store and inquired to make sure the tires were run flats and I didn't need one. I really felt good about my experience and I look forward to driving my 2015 Infinity Q50 AWD! It is a beautiful car! As well your internet specialist Merrick was really helpful too. Every time I'm at the dealership everyone is so helpful and kind. Customer service is excellent. However, the wait time when getting a vehicle serviced is too lengthy. I have medical issues so it is a struggle for me to sit so long. I set an appointment and I only had a oil change and wash and I sit for at least 4 hours. If the wait time could be cut down then that will make the experience of getting my car service excellent. Thank you. read more

First off I didn't feel like my business was very important when I arrived... waited by car for several minutes before I was waited on. Upon entering the lounge and attempting to get a drink, again for the second time there were no drinks and no water, the whole lounge area just unattended and empty. The first visit after my car purchase I was eagerly greeted and waited on, I enjoyed the lounge with a bottle of water and some crackers. The last 2 times I've been there it seems as if no one cares. I even ask one of the girls behind the glass about drinks and no one knew anything. Very disappointing. I could maybe understand at a lower class dealership but this is Cadillac, you just expect a little more. When you are there waiting there should be a nice, clean well stocked area for waiting.
