She mentioned that when the salon gets busier, everyone has a lot of fun and it can get a little loud with people, singing and laughing and talking everywhere. If I'm ever in an extra outgoing mood, I'll book my appointment for when it's a little busier and just see what that's all about :-) Drea at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She offered me water before, and after my appointment. Paxton was very sweet to assist Sarah in drying my extra long hair. We also had some great conversations during my appointment and since I'm new to the area, Sarah gave me some helpful suggestions on next steps with my hair and places to go for different services. I could sense the spirit of God in her which made our time together extra enjoyable and guided ou conversation.

She is so sweet and professional and caring and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I had gotten my hair done years ago from another salon and they bleached and butchered my hair so I was so nervous to come to another salon to get it done. But Kassandra took the time to listen and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! She is an expert on hair cuts as well, I went from long hair with no volume or definition to beautiful long layers with bangs that frame my face, I got a balayage done and now that I have lived here for 5 years I think I have found my new salon. Also a big shoutout to the owners as well, Roger was super professional and you can tell very proud of his studio he runs it well, he checks on every single client that comes in to make sure all the stylist are doing PERFECT work. With this in mind. I like to tip well and leave good reviews for what I put the poor hairdresser through. I've said it in other reviews for other Great Clips but I highly suggest using the Great Clips app. You can see the wait time at the different Great Clips in the area and join the waitlist. I saw that there was no wait at this particular Great Clips and decided to just drive down without joing the wait list. This has backfired on me in the past as people showed up while I was on the way but this time there was no one else there when I showed up. If you don't feel like gambling then you can just join waitlist. The woman that took care of me was really nice and helpful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to look like and she let me know that she was a hairdresser and not a plastic surgeon. OK. That part did not happen. She was very helpful and asked questions based on the picture about what I wanted. Just a bit of background, I used to just say I wanted my hair buzzed with 2 on the side and three on the top. Alot of this was because it was so easy to describe. I answered the hairdresser's questions as best as i could and she was really patient. By the end I had a haircut that I really liked The place has a good amount of parking and i did not have an issue finding a parking spot. I recommend this place for friendly service and great haircuts.
