When most of us asked for natural/neutral tones, Shannon delivered on her ability to make it work for each of our skin tones. Also, if you have questions or concerns about fake lashes, DON'T. The lashes that Shannon uses are AMAZING!!!! They don't look fake or gaudy, they look natural and beautiful! Melissa took such care and effort with my hair. She also asked me my preferences about whether I wanted the front tresses up or down.. I told her up and then realized as she was almost done that I should have said I wanted them down. She refused to let me just say "No it's alright" and redid the entire braid.
