They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.
