I stick to the same massage therapist who doesn't have a lot of hours that work well with my work schedule so I have to book in advance but if you are willing to try any massage therapist you could probably get a massage almost anytime. The monthly subscription makes the price of the massage less by $10 and is an excuse to get a massage at least once a month. There is also a Waikiki location at the ilikai where I tried their facials. The parking is validated which is great for Waikiki. It is however a little more expensive than the kahala location but they do occasionally have more specials at the Waikiki location...although I haven't seen it for a while.

I scheduled a 1 hr appt with Ron. Super painful but that's what you pay for, right? Ron was very attentive and always conscious of the pressure he was using. Towards the end of the massage Ron talked about what was especially tight and ways that I could stretch. Overall, very worth it. If you are active and need a massuese who knows their stuff, go to Ron!
