We also ordered the Fresh Rolls and added avocado, asking for peanut sauce. They were fresh, crisp, and packed with veggies, and the peanut sauce brought everything together beautifully. A great way to start the meal. For my entrée, I went with the Cashew Nut dish from the Thai Sautéed Sauce section. I chose crispy chicken, jasmine rice, added extra chicken, and asked for medium spice. The flavors were spot on. The sauce had a nice kick without being overwhelming, the vegetables were fresh, and the roasted cashews added great texture. Even with takeout, the crispy chicken held up really well. My wife ordered the Pad Thai with tofu, also medium spicy. It was everything you want in a Pad Thai, perfectly cooked noodles, a great balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, and very satisfying. The tofu was cooked nicely and soaked up the sauce really well. The service was smooth and easy from start to finish. Ordering online was simple, the food was ready on time, and everything was packaged neatly for pickup. Even though we didn't dine in, the restaurant itself felt clean, welcoming, and cozy when I walked in. It gave off a relaxed, inviting vibe that made me want to come back and eat there next time. We were really impressed with Pick Thai Vermont. The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the experience was great all around. We'll definitely be back the next time we're craving Thai food.

The next day I ordered an iced latte with vanilla from Essex Resort which uses the beans from here and that latte tasted great as well!

My wife and I recently visited Maliwan Thai Restaurant for the first time, looking to try a new Thai spot in our area. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the friendly staff, who seated us promptly and provided attentive service throughout the evening. For appetizers, we started with the Crispy Spring Rolls and Satay Chicken Skewers. The spring rolls were light and crunchy, and the sweet and sour sauce was a great complement. The satay chicken skewers, marinated in curry powder, were grilled to perfection, and the peanut sauce added a rich, creamy flavor that we really enjoyed. For entrées, I chose the Kua Kling (Turmeric Chicken) from the House Specials menu. I opted for the spicy level, and it definitely packed a punch! The dish came with fragrant jasmine rice and steamed vegetables, balancing out the heat. My wife had the Panang Curry with tofu, which was rich and flavorful, with a smooth coconut curry sauce, green beans, bell peppers, and ground peanuts. Both dishes were well-prepared, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving us with plenty of leftovers to take home. Let's talk about cleanliness--I've worked in kitchens around Franklin county, ive never seen a cleaner restaurant. Not that I recommend, you could eat off the floor below the stove this place is so clean! Staff and environment wise--everyone who works there is so friendly, always helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The atmosphere is great, they have a big tv bringing some of the vires of Thailand which makes it feel all that more authentic and real, like you're there. All right, let me finish up this review without sounding like I'm working for the restaurant. Disclaimer I do not work for the restaurant, I have a process where I only leave a review of any place after visiting three times good or bad. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and sometimes a third. This place has never failed to deliver in my opinion. I would recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food!
