The chef and owner is so passionate about what he creates! He owned a 400 seat restaurant in Thailand, and then another restaurant in NYC before bringing his true Thai cuisine expertise to Vermont, and Milton of all places!! His food is carefully prepared and comes in a nice amount/quantity. The food is on par with what you expect to get from an authentic Thai restaurant, not tampered with by sugars or American flavors making it stand out above most others. Let's talk about cleanliness--I've worked in kitchens around Franklin county, ive never seen a cleaner restaurant. Not that I recommend, you could eat off the floor below the stove this place is so clean! Staff and environment wise--everyone who works there is so friendly, always helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The atmosphere is great, they have a big tv bringing some of the vires of Thailand which makes it feel all that more authentic and real, like you're there. All right, let me finish up this review without sounding like I'm working for the restaurant. Great experience! The website was very easy to navigate, and placing my order online was quick and straightforward. My food was ready exactly at the promised pickup time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. It is take out only, but the pickup area was welcoming and clean. Everything we ordered was delicious - the Chicken Satay was tender and flavorful, the Tom Yum Soup had the perfect level of heat, and the Spicy Green Bean with shrimp was excellent. I ordered online the night before Thanksgiving for the first time and loved the staff & food. Online ordering was a breeze and they were punctual with the pick up time even though they were very busy & training new staff. The Crab Rangoons almost did not make it back home they were so good & crispy. The Orange chicken was very fresh & tasty as was the Pad Thai & Gyoza. Had a rather large bummer of a third trip here. First two were outstanding, this one was very disappointing. Bland noodle dishes, and the sweet and sour chicken was the texture of jerky. Did I still eat it? Absolutely. But it was down big time from previous peak levels. 3 stars with the hope that this was an aberration on a Sunday night, but this meal was a 2 star at best. read more

Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the taste is far from ideal and definitely doesn't come close to what a decent Thai cuisine should be. Take Out Only The food here is excellent. You can only order online. Order early they only take roughly 50 orders a day. Closed Sunday and Monday. I tried Pai Thai, crab ragoons, dumplings and mixed vegetables. Everything was cooked and spiced perfectly. The food was hot when I picked it up. They make all their own dipping sauces. You tell them the level of spice you are looking for. This place is run by 3 guys and I could not be happier that they came to Milton. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. read more

The food is delicious and the owners are so kind and welcoming every time I stop in. I've tried multiple dishes and the quality is always great. The portions and value are amazing. The Gui Chai and Gai Zap on Rice are two of my favorites, but I also love their Pad Thai and Thai style mixed veggies. Every curry I've had so far has been very yummy.
