The food was very good and authentic. The Papaya Salad was delicious! The Chicken and Beef Drunken Noodles were also great-lots of the protein! The Beef Pho had a lot of flavor as well. Overpriced small portions. The food is pretty average and lacked fresh herbs. The dumplings were deep fried little tasteless rocks. The drunken noodles (pad kee mao) had very little chicken - I was left hungry. The red curry was nothing special. We will not be returning. read more

After days filled with cheeses, ice cream, and maple syrup, I needed a break with something spicy and zesty. This restaurant just gave me what I I needed. We ordered Laab Gai (ground chicken salad) and Nam Tok (grilled beef salad) and they're both legit. The spicy level is accurate (but I also let them know that I'm Thai). The grilled beef was perfectly cooked. I placed order online and picked up at the restaurant. It's convenient and fast. The food came out with the right temperature. 10/10 recommended. read more

Stopped at Stowe Thai Cuisine for lunch on a recent leaf-peeping & family visit in Vermont. My spouse and I love Thai food and we were not disappointed! The lemongrass soup, seafood and noodles were excellent. As was the chai tea (my spouse especially likes the bubbles). The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Meal service couldn't be better! Everyone in our party of three enjoyed the tasty and relaxing meal. We dined at an outdoor table, enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Crowds overwhelm Vermont restaurants during leaf season. We had to skip a Brattleboro restaurant the day before because it was overwhelmed with guests. So in Stowe, we dined shortly after 11 am opening: everything was great and we were well taken care of at Stowe Thai. read more

Only came here in hopes we would get seated faster than their neighbor restaurant. Wait time was equal. Small restaurant. Here you have to make sure you write your name down on the list, which there was no sign indicating this. There was only 2 waitstaff. Took very long to get seated, and to place your order. Once the food finally came out, it was good. Or maybe be were so hungry after waiting over an hour to get a table. read more

I've been coming here for a few years, my first time under the new management. I ordered the drunken noodle with chicken and extra veggies. Noodles are over done, the portion is very disappointing for the $27 price point. If I went to Hong Kong inWaterbury, i would have gotten 3x the amohnt of food for the price. I enjoy your recipes, but unfortunately, your prices to grub ratio is awful and I can't return to your establishment. read more

Had dinner here a couple weeks ago while on a ski vacation in Stowe. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We ordered several noodles, curry, soup and everything was delicious, tasted homemade, and actually had some spice which you hope for with Thai food. The drunken noodles and pad Thai were quite good, both curry's were as well. The highlight though was the excellent Tom Yum soup. Service was very good and nice and prices were fair. We'd absolutely come back, especially when you get tired of all the American food in town for a little spice! Ambiance is pretty casual but about what you'd expect for a casual Thai place in Vermont. ABSOLUTE BLAST! The food was an experience. Every bite had me taken aback as each dish was packed with so much care, flavours, and freshness. This is the quality you get from this fine establishment. That said, the customer service was impeccable. The lady who co-owned the place and her partner was so nice and just brought so much warmth to a cold place like Stowe. The pasta primavera also had the cream sauce. It was super bland. We added chicken (see the photo of the chicken breast added to the top side of the dish not cooked in the dish). The salmon and its corresponding carrots were spiced with bebere which is very mild but not particularly enjoyable. And finally, the grilled rib-eye was bad, really bad. It was gelatinous and the worst steak we've ever had. I've only ever seen a steak cooked like this when it's cooked at too low a heat. We fed the leftover steak, chicken, and salmon to the dog.
