I believe I didn't listen to his initial timeframe. My follow-up visit was significantly more efficient than my initial visit. This practice operates on a one-person basis. I am astounded by the doctor's ability to maintain order and efficiency. The staff in the back of the practice exhibits a high level of professionalism, while I cannot say the same about the staff in the front.

Now I have the injections regularly and to my surprise, they don't even hurt! Better still, my vision is stabilized Dr. Eaton has a very large staff of assistants who are we'll trained, friendly and efficient. The office runs like a well-oiled machine! The doctor himself is the essence of professionalism. Don't expect warm and fuzzy!! I was very impressed with the organization. (Did I mention coffee and snacks in the waiting room?) I will say that - after five minutes in the waiting room - I'm beginning to believe there's something to Feng Shui. The front door of the office leads directly to a bathroom, and - judging from the energy levels of the reception and accounting staff - the "chi" must be surging in the door and directly down the toilet. The cure could be simply keeping the door to the bathroom closed. But what do I know? Dr. Patel's medical assistants were knowledgeable, cheerful, and gentle, all qualities that I especially appreciate where my eyes are concerned. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, but again not personable. He seems to just be talking to air, no eye contact and no personalization in his discussion or demeanor. I would suggest going elsewhere if your insurance allows you too. That's our big problem this is the only place we could go in all of Southwest FL.

Ashley, always knows my name and welcomes me warmly with every visit. I feel special and she makes me feel like they appreciate my business. There are other people there that have that same caring attitude. Lisa, she always asks "how I'm doing". I must also mention Heather and Jazy, both just wonderful and very nice. I go to the All Saints Eye clinic on Immokalee Road and I receive the best care. I must also mention Dr. Sherman. He is a retina specialist. He has helped my vision so much. While Dr Taba is great, the management of her office is terrible. I had to wait approximately 4…read morehours, when other drs for same treatment are 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I waited 2 hours between the eye photo scan (for which I waited almost 1hour after check-in at appointment) and the visual acuity test and then another approximate 1 hour to see doctor- for approximate total 4 hours. Other offices (i have been to three others for injections due to drs retirement and a move) have 10 minutes or less wait between eye photo scan and visual acuity test. Those offices are run efficiently. When checking out I asked receptionist about the incredible delay, she responded that Dr. Taba spends far more time with patient than other docs. the three other docs I have been to have spent no less time with me than Dr Taba so that clearly was not the reason for the incredible wait. After my appointment, I got a text request to review which said if I was not going to give a good review, to instead call the office and discuss with them rather than post bad review. I did that and my discussion with their office was awful- rude, defensive and did not listen to my experience. Hence why I am posting my review here. The office clearly books way too many appointments all at once (in fact when I arrived so many patients in waiting room no place to sit but 4 hours later at only 1:45 pm waiting room empty) and has no decent procedure to move patients efficiently through the process As other well runs offices do. The office does not stagger the appointments As other offices do. Terrible experience- four hours wait for what at other drs office takes 1-1/2 to two hours just because of their failure to stagger appointments and then rude behavior when questioned. I will never go back.
