Purchased a 2020 Escalade ESV Platinum from Trey Wallace. While it seemed OK at first, when I flew from WA state with my wife to pick it up, once we left, it was clear they didn't care anymore, communication just stops. I did them a favor and signed early via FedEx so Trey could get his end of month bonus. Car had damage that was never disclosed, disappointing, as I still have the unique photos and video sent to me, so it must have been hit while on the lot waiting for me to come get it, and my fault I didn't catch it till down the street getting dinner after picking it up. I still to this day a month after signing, I have absolutely NO paperwork, no receipts, nothing. They gave me only one key, and its not OEM, so now the theft deterrent system is angry and the car wont start. Dash says "service theft deterrent system" Just stuck in my driveway. They ignore all requests for just the paperwork. (I never mentioned the damage, or the theft issue, as they haven't responded to even the requests for paperwork, its a used car, and they wont do anything anyway.) I am not sure how I can even prove I own this thing, as all I have is a temp tag from Georgia. Not even the contract for finance, nothing. Doesn't stop the bank from taking my payments though... Very disappointing. I wanted a southern rust free car, but the after sale service here just is terrible. read more

This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. I bought a used car from this dealership, and it already had issues when it was delivered to my house. My salesman, Christopher Smith, promised he would "take care of me" and told me to bring it to my local dealership, assuring me they would cover the repairs. That turned out to be completely false. As soon as it was time for them to actually follow through and reimburse me, he completely ghosted me--no responses, no accountability, nothing. Empty promises and zero customer support once they had my money. If you expect honesty, follow-through, or even basic customer service, stay far away from this dealership. They will say whatever they need to close the deal and then disappear when problems come up. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Back in July we purchased a 2021 BMW X3 Black. Christopher Smith was our salesperson. When we first started talking about purchasing this car he was on it, calling us, making the deal we wanted to happen, happened! We were very happy with his service initially. We picked up the car in July and were quick and easy. Paul Kemme was amazing and he was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him. When we left and went back to our hotel (2 hours away) then went to dinner and noticed the right camera no longer worked and there was a small crack in the windshield. We immediately contacted Chris and let him know. He said he would take care of it and get back to us. We had to come back to Rochester as we had to work on Monday. Chris told us the plates would be to our house in 2-3 weeks and we had a temporary tag on the car. Fast forward to 29 days and the plates still were not there, Chris stopped calling us back etc., etc., we called Paul, and we had no other choice. Chris immediately called us back and told us his phone was broken etc., etc., and we said we need the plates and we need the camera fixed. Another few weeks go by; because of Paul we received our plates not because of Chris. He finally got in contact with BMW where we live and we were able to get the camera fixed. After two days of our BMW dealer thinking there was a tracker on our car when it was a Lo-jack which Chris never gave us any information on either. Finally the windshield he made an appointment after months of nonsense to have it fixed, not replaced but fixed, wasted a morning at Safe Lite to hear sorry we can't fix it. You need a new one and it will be $1200.00 to which I said I am not paying a penny. In NYS you need to have your car inspected and you cannot have any issues with the windshield. This has been a complete nightmare and Chris did not come through like he should have. He got the deal and then boom he was gone. That is not how business should be done. I wanted this to be sent to whoever is in charge at your establishment; however it is very difficult to find any information about the leadership in your company. We still have a broken windshield and no calls no nothing. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Nothing was communicated to me by my sales representative, Collin, or manager, Joey. I had to reach out several times to find out when my car would be ready. Then I discovered my car had damage that was never mentioned to me, on top of being stained since they never cleaned or checked it. Nothing was communicated to me regarding my tag, and when finance director Kaylee called to tell me it was ready--only after I called the day before it expired--she asked if I was picking it up that day. She never mentioned that I would have to go to the tag office. When I got to the dealership asking about my tag, they had me waiting while Collin was "grabbing it." After asking about my wait, I was told I should have been at the tag office. Kaylee claimed she had told me this during our initial call, which is incorrect. I ended our call letting her know I was on my way to the dealership. This is my first time buying a car, and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. read more

During the purchase, they pressured me into buying an extended warranty (must be done NOW, can cancel with full refund, etc) for about $3,000, which I put on my credit card. After the sale I did some research and determined that I did NOT want the warranty and called them to cancel. I was informed I would receive a refund check which would be delivered to my house via FedEx. It's been 3 months now. I've called 5 or 6 times. The first time, I was able to talk to the finance department. Since then, I don't make it past reception, where I'm told they will make sure that finance contacts me. Which they don't. read more

I brought a brand new mini Cooper from this dealership a couple months ago. (Spring of 2025) Mainly they were concerned that I would leave them a really good review immediately. We are a married couple, but it's important for women to have credit in their name. The United States has a horrible track record of financial discrimination against women . When the car documents arrived, it listed my husband as being the primary purchaser/owner of the car. I called the dealership- let them know what had happened and asked for them to find out who I needed to call at their loan servicing place to straighten this out. I was assured someone would be calling me back with that information. They did not. They have NEVER returned my calls. Eventually, I asked my husband if he would call them (because men often get more respect/attention than women do) Again, they said they would get back to him. They never did. Took my car in for a standard oil change. Paid for 6 free oil changes when I bought the car 8ish months ago. Everything seemed fine. I drive 15 minutes down the road and get a message that the car is overheating. I only live 15-20 away, so when I get home, I check the coolant levels, and it is BONE DRY. Coolant was fine before I took it in. The car was fine before I took it in, and now the gaskets are cracked and leaking coolant. No accountability was taken, which isn't surprising, honestly. It's on me for trusting a dealership. Apparently, from reading reviews, this is a common issue here and something that happens regularly. read more

I bought a 2022 Ram 2500 from this place on August 8th. Temporary tag expired on September 22nd. I went to the tag office on September 19th, and was told they hadn't received anything related to this truck. They called the state title office, who said the title had not been release. Tag office gave me an extension and advised I call the dealership. I called and was told the bank for my trade in (same bank that financed my new truck) hadn't released the title on my trade. Fast forward to today, October 8th, tag office still hasnt received anything. called the bank, they said they released the lien on August 30, sent title to dealership September 3rd. Mall of Georgia Mini advertised $30,900 for a car on their lot (including dealer fees). When I tried to buy that car they said it would be $34,600 plus $699 dealer fee. When I showed them their website with the advertised price of $30,900 - they said that price doesn't mean anything- it's just how car dealers advertise. Eventually they agreed to the $30,900 but refused to drop the fee. Felt like a bait and switch move. I would find a different dealer that keeps their word. Update: they agreed to $30,250 plus $699 fee - while better, still $49 over the advertised price. Still doesn't seem right. Another update: Mall of Georgia Mini agreed to change the language in their ad to make it clear that the price is not available to everyone. BEWARE: If you are buying a used vehicle from this location(especially if not a Mini Cooper) TAKE IT TO GET IT INSPECTED, even if they tell you that they spend a lot of money on all their vehicles, that they thoroughly inspect them, that they will do anything to make you happy after the sale. They won't, they'll do the bare minimum to be able to say they did something. No inspections whatsoever, they take the previous inspection they got from other dealers and use that. When it came to fixing the issue I had on my truck, they said they'd only cover a small portion of all the issues. While IF I did all my due diligence and got my own inspection, I would've either had the truck the way it was SUPPOSED to be, safe for my children. Instead they have a massive misrepresentation issue going on, GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED, HAVE THEM WRITE EVERYTHING IN THE "we owe" section, NOT just promise it. Even if it's as loose as "fix the shaking in the steering wheel, whatever it takes" DO NOT put specifics like "alignment" because they will only do the alignment and say that's all they owed you. Even if you love the vehicle.. REMEMBER, you'd rather get the right vehicle, than get the vehicle right now. Don't let the "non commission associates" lie to you, that's a nice sales tactic to make you feel more willing to buy. They are on a bonus program, they do want to sell you that vehicle that day and they SURELY will tell you ANYTHING you need to hear to buy something. Just make sure to get all those pretty promises in writing, Save yourself many headaches and tons of money. read more

I called twice to get more info on something that was never followed up on - was told my salesperson would call back, never heard from them. I called back last week and demanded to speak with someone. I spoke with Paul who was very nice - and let him know that I am livid that MINI NEVER SENT ME MY CAR TITLE. One month after purchasing it, no title. I am currently moving across states and found this out as I was registering the vehicle... and could not finish the process without the title. MINI said there's no way for them to know if I receive it or not, and that if I don't I will have to follow up with them. Is it not their job to make sure the owner receives the title in a timely manner? They JUST followed up on the company who should sent me the title because I called and asked and said they aren't sure where it is. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER trust this dealership. I often drive through this parking lot as I am a car/truck guy and they have some of the coolest cars and trucks there. I recently purchased a 2019 Roush Mustang and honestly I'm not a Mustang guy. The car is amazing and very powerful but it's just not me so....i pulled in today 1 time and a young lady came running out, we spoke briefly and I pulled out. When I did i really liked a corvette and Audi they had so I went back to test drive. Gave my license etc etc etc. Was waiting on the cars to be pulled down so I could test drive and the finance manager came out and informed me that they don't do test drives until the financial part is done on cars over 100k...1st of all the car was listed at 89k, 2nd my 80k car was sitting in their lot while I would do the test drive. 3rd....i own the Roush, 4 F450 king ranch trucks I use for my business and an additional 450 that I personally drive....not to brag but I'm very blessed in my financial life and life in general. I explained this to the finance guy and he said there's nothing he can do and we parted ways. If I wanted the car I could pay cash for 75% of the car and if needed 100%. It was very offensive to me that he made that comment and wanted to pull my credit before I could even test drive a car? Not a good business practice in my opinion. If Elon Musk walked in would it be the same? Was it my boots or my jeans? Just wondering if this is an always policy or just a policy for this county, blue collar boy? A few months ago, I purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman from the Mini Cooper dealership by the Mall of GA. I was told that it passed multipoint inspections and is a reliable vehicle. I was told that the only issues with the car were cosmetic. I'd like to add that I'm a single mom and I saved for years to be able to purchase my daughter a car for college. This was also known when I purchased the car. I had my daughter bring the car in for inspection due to the transmission slipping. It was driven exactly 567 miles of local travel, literally within a 15 mile radius of home. I was told by the service department that not only does the entire transmission need to be replaced, but so does part of the electrical system. The issues with the car now exceed the value of the car. I'm going to be paying on a loan for a car VERY RECENTLY sold to me that will soon not be able to function. I contacted Mini immediately via email to see what they can do to make this right. When the email went unanswered, I called the dealership seven times in three days and left seven messages. I was told that the general manager Johnny Secundo didn't respond to the email as he no longer works there, and that the new manager would return my call presently. They refused to give me the new manager's email and contact info, just said that I would receive a call. I have been trying to contact them since 8/17. It is now 8/24. I had to send my daughter to college with a car that apparently requires TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of repairs. This dealership has put my child at risk with their bad business practices. I no longer want to deal with this kind of business. I want them to take the car back, give me my money back and cancel the loan. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy a car from a place that sells "as is" hunks of junk. read more

Let me just say unless you wanna waste money don't plan on getting anything here especially a non Mini Cooper this dealer charges in some cases almost double the price for a car I've seen elsewhere for example I've seen many broncos going for mid 50s to high 80s however this dealer has one listed for 120k. They ran my credit with 12 different auto finance companies. I decided not to buy a car here because they kept trying to push something on me for more than the value of the car... I've been to this Mini Dealership twice for service on my car. The place opened earlier this summer, and it's definitely got potential to be a 5-star business. The service people are really great. They are friendly, good at explaining my options and answering my questions, and I never felt pressured to purchase any additional service items -- which made me feel comfortable coming back to get additional optional service done here. I compared the prices with non-dealer shops, and they are comparable (yes, I was surprised). It's still got some small stuff to work out, like they had run out of coffee by 10AM or they were still installing displays, but overall I'll definitely be back. Oh, car service isn't fast, so I'd recommend dropping off the car or asking for a loaner if you're doing more than an oil change. They do have free internet, however (you may have to go to a site like mini.com or mallofgamini.com to sign into the wifi before your connection will work). read more

I purchased a Mini Convertible and the only star I'm giving is to my sales person Lamont. Everyone else that I've dealt with at the dealership has treated me badly and flat out lied to my face. If you are registering your car out of state do not buy from this dealership. They will insist doing it their way trying to tell you that it's illegal to do it the way you've been doing it. I financed thru my own Credit Union and the loan officer, after having spoken with the finance dept at the dealership asked me how badly I wanted the car? She literally told me that what she was told by the dealership made no sense and she felt that it was shady and i should go to another dealership. And this credit union is in South Dakota and after 1 phone call she was not comfortable dealing with them... WOW! I went ahead with the sale (I really love the car) and then spent 2 weeks arguing over the lien on the car, which again both myself & my credit union advised the dealership how it works and they refused stating that's not how "they" do it. I also advised that I would be registering my vehicle myself bcz I register it in South Dakota. The dealership managers actually argued with me stating i couldn't do that. I very politely informed them yes i could i follow procedure in 2 other states and did just fine. I was finally advised that a 3rd party at no charge would register the car... I agreed & then was told that I would have to provide my loan documents for the 3rd party company for the registration. I looked at the manager and advised that was NOT required and again was advised that it was illegal... I told Milton that the 3rd party carrier did not need those papers for my registration, I was not providing them and if the 3rd party couldn't register the car I would do it. After 6 weeks I called the dealership because hadn't heard anything abt my registration, my temp tag was expiring and I was going on a road trip, took 3 days to get a response and finally found my tags in South Dakota, I was in Georgia at the time... Currently I'm angry because after a mere 12,000 miles approx I had a blow out on one of my tires while on a roadtrip. I called the dealership service dept bcz I figured since the tires had to be under the smallest of road hazards mileage I would be able to get at least a partial reimbursement for the new tire I had to buy. But I was advised that bcz the dealership put new tires on when I bought the car that no road hazard or warranty applied to the brand new tires that were put on my car, i was referred to the tire manufacturer. So I will never purchase a car from them again. Nor will I recommend them. I love our sales guy but otherwise I've been treated very badly. read more

I saw a X1 and went to test drive it. I was ready to buy it right there and then but the sales guy refused to budge on the price. He went back to speak with the finance person several times and we did some calculations and I almost started signing papers until he said he actually didnt talk to them. WTF.... He gave the whole spiel about the price being really really low bla bla bla. So what the hell was he doing every time he went in the back? Staring at the wall? I even tried to leave(no i wasn't faking) and he would say "hold on let me go talk to finance". These are the people that give auto sales men a bad name. At that point, i said fuck it and just left. Later that night, i saw a new listing for another car at this same dealership but I was so put off by the experience that I decided not to go look at it. He called me back the next day to follow up. I honestly didnt expect him to call me because I was certain he/they didnt want my business with all the crap they pulled the previous night. I told him obviously they didnt want to sell the car as they didnt reduce the price by even $1 and I was actually on my way to another dealership. Terrible experience. Trickery at Mini Mall of Georgia. They have hidden costs. I saw this pretty blue 4 door hard top on line and liked their Hendricks price. I got to the dealership and the price on the car matched the online price. The only problem was there were two paint chips on the driver door. so then after expressing an interest in purchasing the car, the sales guy goes away and comes back and said that price online & on the was wrong because they did aftermarket upgrades with the suspension and the price was $6k more The price online & car were the discount price they did back on December 19, 2017 - I was in their show room February 24,2018. So something smelled fishy. I had him get the manager and to make it worse that guy told me they did the so called $6k aftermarket upgrade in January. So they had the wrong price advertised over a month and NO ONE noticed it ?? BS! They tried to sell me this other car that cost more. Bait & Switch!!!! read more

My sister and I just had a wonderful straightforward experience here. Kalee, my sales woman, came highly recommended and she delivered. She took everything we had mentioned we needed into consideration when helping us pick out a car. During negotiations she went back and I felt like she was fighting for me as the consumer and not necessarily for her to make a sale.
