After being on hold for over 17 minutes, they hung up on me. I called back; I was on hold again, and they finally answered after 10 minutes. I basically told the young man what happened, and his response was simply "we're busy" and "you're certainly welcome to take your business elsewhere." This doctor talked me into buying a tooth guard I didn't want and didn't need. He was insisting I grind my teeth. I should have seen the red flag when I asked him how much it is and he said "I don't know." When I finished my cleaning it was on the bill for $450 and I paid it, I can't explain why. No one replied so I called later in the day and they said there might be a lab fee but the person who deals with the lab is out sick for the week.
