We came here while in town from Chicago with four skating teams. A total of about 100people. Laura was extremely accommodating with our plans and the food orders. We ordered the Dubliner package for the skaters and coaches. The kids had a great time eating together. Many parents also ate there and ordered off the menu. I was really pleased with this little bar last night. So it's more of a up scale little establishment... it was the waitresses birthday she was the biggest sweetheart... (until she called herself old when she just turned 30 and the whole table was like "Old!? Get outta here lol" They had a separate drink menu for the seasonal specials. They ranged from holiday themed cocktails to their own rendition on what a Spanish coffee is. ( that's what I had.) Well Like 3 of them. And me and the Mr. Didn't have time to eat dinner together so were super happy to see a full menu here. We took a look at all the options that ranged from Buffalo wings, quesadillas, nacho chips, tater tots and so much more! All huge serving sizes so we split it with the whole table. One of my favorite spots when I'm in town. The pizza is good, the margherita chicken flatbread is really good, and today I had the Tavern burger which was much better than expected. Not sure why I didn't expect a great burger, could be because of the mediocre Reuben sandwich I had the other night. looking forward to trying their other burgers and will have to remember Monday is half off pizza. Wish they had a better beer selection, I'm kind of a craft beer snob for IPA's and pale ales. I'll just stick to the 2-hearted which I enjoy. read more

I came here on a weekday after work. Parking is kinda limited, and I was lucky to get the last parking spot. I was expecting a bigger parking lot. The atmosphere is fine. They have St. Patrick's day counting on the wall. The service is a bit slow, but we had a big group of people. I'd expect the service to be a lot faster if our table is smaller. Malone's (and their owner's Paul and Laura) were amazing to plan with. They graciously offered their bar last minute as a venue when I was facing issues with another venue and provided excellent and personal service when planning my mother's 50th surprise birthday party! The bar accommodated 65+ people, and their food did not decrease in quality despite the high person count. Do not underestimate their venue size or service if you're thinking of having a party there - their staff was by far the best I've worked with in the service industry and they provided very flexible party lay-outs, food and drink packages! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Malone's is clean, affordable and their food is excellent (especially for the price you get it for). I highly recommend coming in for a meal/drink and DEFINITELY recommend them planning and hosting your parties. read more

My fiancé and I came here for dinner and for the most part, Not disappointed. Nothing to be amazed about but it was a good night. She had the Big Daddy Burger and she was tamed by its volume but not overwhelmed by flavor. It was just a burger. Nothing to special. I had the Shepherds Pie and it did have flavor and was good, the potato cap could've be much crisper. My baked potato came way late semi warm. All in all. Not the best experience. Not the worst. This is one of our favorite places, it's the local go to. Saturday night prime rib is always great. I also enjoy the ribs, pizza, and meatloaf. We start with the cheesy spinach and artichoke dip (D-lish) unless my daughter is with us then it's the pepper jack cheese cubes. Another favorite is the French onion soup. First visit and very happily surprised. The staff is so friendly . A must have is the dill pickle soup. I make this homemade so I was leery about trying it but the waitress convinced me. So glad I tried it - it had tiny little dumplings with carrots and shredded pickles. Well done chef! Wow - I wasn't expecting anything to fantastic, but it was worse then I imagined. It took over 25 min. for our food to come. There were 7 of us and we did have a small pizza in our order, so we were a little understanding, but during that time the waitress never stopped by the table once. If it had been a busy evening, could have been a bit more accepting of this...but with it being kinda quiet, it was a bit irritating. The small pizza that was ordered, was undercooked! The kids did manage to eat a bit, but it was disappointing. The waitress never checked back with us after delivering the food and the couple of requested items at that time. No refills on drinks, and we had to hunt her down to get some boxes and our check. She also never said anything along the lines of a "thank you." After reviewing my check, I noticed that I had been charged for two sides of ranch dressing! Are you kidding me!?!!?? We had one side requested for a pita, and one for a side of fries. The dressing came in a small 1oz cup, so it's not like we were sucking down a whole bottle! After the horrible service, mediocre food, this was a slap in a customer's face! Who cares if we eat way too much ranch! Maybe you could consider telling someone that there is an extra charge before just adding it into a bill OR better yet - Give them the RANCH! Do you charge for an extra pickle as well? If so, there's a book you should read that talks about this exactly, cleverly titled - "Give 'em the Pickle." Needless to say.....we will never return. Take this as a favor, because for every 10 people who do not return, only one may tell you why. The others are silent and just never come back. read more

Terrible service. I had dinner with a buddy of mine and we took advantage of the happy hour specials. The food wasn't that great but I wasn't expecting much because it was happy hour food. What got me was the poor service. Our waitress was never really there to see if we were ok but would see her walk around to everyone else. When she finally got to us I asked for some sour cream for the nachos. We are all the nachos before she even checked back with us and she also never brought the sour cream. Management was just as worse. They seemed irritated that we had issues with the service. Also they had a small parking lot. Had to park at the Taco Bell and walk over. read more

I had lunch at Malone's with a large group celebrating co-workers' birthdays. A friend ordered the meatloaf which was good. Another friend ordered bangers and mash, which was very good. I ordered the LOUISIANA BURGER, which was okay. I thought it was ridiculous to charge me $0.75 for a tiny cup of extra Sriracha mayonnaise, especially considering that my well done Burger was a bit overcooked, somewhat dried out and had no detectable Cajun flavoring. Also, the onion strings they place on the burger, and bangers and mash tasted like they were straight out of a bulk package; not freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I wouldn't hesitate to go back with a group but my experience wasn't great enough for me to want to dine there again. read more

I have been going here for years. Service has been great and the food is awesome. It can get a little busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but even then it's a great atmosphere for food and talk. We both found dishes we wanted on the specials menu. Teriyaki Chicken salad for my friend and the Quiona Chicken Wrap for me. The wrap was generously filled and came with a side of potato salad. That being said, it does have a middling selection of craft beers that range from an IPA to a stronger IPA. The food here is pretty decent and they make a mean sandwich. Lots of happy hour specials and you'll always find a game on, unless it's UFC, they didn't have that, so I watched it on my phone... so did everyone else on that side of the bar. I come here often for the beer and happy hour appetizers which are so good! On this specific night I ordered the potato skins, a bud light lime and my fiancé's friend got a round of "Blue Motherfuckers" which is kind of a like a stronger version of a Long Island.
