I've enjoyed everything I've tried off of the menu and they also offer thoughtful monthly specials at times, so you really can't go wrong with anything in my opinion when having a pasta craving. I have not tried their focaccia yet which is their other namesake. Their particular corner in the Collective has not been forgiving to previous occupants so here's to hoping they buck the trend and remain successful!

He then started going on a rant about how hard it was to be a small business owner and said "the customer is not always right I know how I make my food and I'm not going to change how I make it just for one person" I was then told I could have my food remade or I could get my refund if I came back into the restaurant today. After that interaction on the phone, I will not be returning, to what? Get chewed out again in person? There is no reason to be that aggressive with people who are spending their money on your food, and it would probably get you a lot further along as a small business owner to be nice to customers so that they have good word of mouth to spread and want to come back.
