AVOID!! Especially if you don't have hours. We arrived around 1:20. Ordered around 1:35. Pizza was ready at 2:40. 1. Services wasn't great. Kinda rude at times. 2. The parmesan on the table was moldy underneath. please see photo 3. The veggies on the pizza seemed to be frozen. Zero flavor onions. 4. They charge a $1 for a cup of water!!!

    Pizza was very tasty...

I was a little skeptical when we first arrived since the restaurant was fairly empty for a Saturday night, but wow! This place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a casual Italian dining feel. They seated us by the window, which made for a really nice setting for dinner. We may have just come on an unusually slow night, but it honestly made for a laid-back and enjoyable experience. I started with the spinach artichoke dip, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I especially loved the little toasted bread it was served with. For my entrée, I ordered the manicotti with pink sauce, and it was incredible. The portions were huge, so I could only eat about half, but that just meant leftovers for later! Since we were some of the only people in the restaurant, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which was actually pretty awesome. I also asked everyone in our group what they thought of their meals, and every single person said they loved them. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food, generous portions, a cozy atmosphere, and wonderful service. 10/10 would recommend!

My last two visits have been very disappointing. My manicotti was absolutely burned the first time and was only lukewarm the second visit. Serv9ce was very show, though we were seated in the bar with only one other party in the room. Notwithstanding, there were at least three young girls standing at the entrance, doing nothing. We asked for a slice of Italian cream cake, and it was decidedly on the small side.. We also ordered cake to go, and it was a thin sliver! But we were certainly charged full price. The whole thing has the feel of a car without a driver. Very disapointing. Has management changed??

They are located in the Collective food hall. Depending on how much time I have, I'll eat in at times or more often do a DoorDash pickup(they border an alley that I can idle my car in immediately outside to run in and pickup my order). I've enjoyed everything I've tried off of the menu and they also offer thoughtful monthly specials at times, so you really can't go wrong with anything in my opinion when having a pasta craving. I have not tried their focaccia yet which is their other namesake. Their particular corner in the Collective has not been forgiving to previous occupants so here's to hoping they buck the trend and remain successful!

The food looks appetizing but with it being served on a Styrofoam plate, somehow makes the meal look cheap. But that's how most of the places in the Collective serve their food, so I guess efficiency is what they're going for. The Rigatoni Bolognese was delicious, savory, and tender meat sauce over al dente pasta. It's wonderfully made, I find the dish very comforting. The Mista salad was okay. My minor complaint is that the salad was not washed properly. I forgot what the dressing was called, their in-house parmesan dressing was tasty, but it's a very thick dressing. We also had their daily feature focaccia pizza: delicious thick crust with savory toppings and sauce. And good portion size too.

We arrived and were promptly seated. My girlfriend immediately noticed that it appeared to be all 'locals' - that's a good sign! It's not a 'modern' restaurant. It's apparently been there for a long time. It's comfortable and feels like a nice Italian restaurant (I've eaten at many restaurants in Italy so I have a little bit of an idea for authentic ambiance.) We received a basket of bread - delicious seasoning along with an oil dip. I'm a bit of a beer snob so I was happy to see a good IPA on their beer list. We both started with a dinner salad. My girlfriend had the Tortellini and I had the Chicken Scaloppine. Both were delicious. The waiter and waitress were prompt, courteous and helpful. The prices were reasonable. There was plenty of food. We didn't have room for dessert unfortunately so no recommendations there. It was an enjoyable experience. My girlfriend said she really enjoyed it and was very happy with my selection (whew!).

The lighting was nice, the vibe felt a little upscale without being stuffy, and it seemed like everyone there was having a good time. I ordered the carbonara, and wow, it was legit. Super creamy, flavorful, and the portion was bigger than I expected. The complimentary bread and dips were also dangerous because I could've easily filled up on those alone. My friend got a cocktail, and after stealing a sip, I kinda wished I'd ordered one too. Service was great overall. Everyone was friendly, and our server was on top of things without constantly interrupting the table.

The first thing that stood out was the atmosphere. It's not a huge restaurant, which actually made it feel more cozy and relaxed. The lighting was nice, the space felt inviting, and it worked really well for a date night or catching up with friends. Food-wise, everything tasted fresh and well made. The carbonara was rich and flavorful without feeling too heavy, and the complimentary bread with the dips disappeared way faster than expected. The cocktails were also really solid. Not the kind of place where drinks feel like an afterthought. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Our server checked in regularly without hovering, which I always appreciate.

The food I called to complain abt ended up being the best part abt this experience…read more I called to let them know the pepperoni and sausage calzone they had made only had a few pieces of pepperoni in it and that the flavor seemed off for some reason, and that the salad upon opening 10 minutes into the drive back home had soaking wet lettuce- all I was truly looking for was the calzone to be remade with more pepperoni. Upon calling, I spoke with the owner, Caesar, and was told that if I did not like his food, I did not have to eat it. He then started going on a rant about how hard it was to be a small business owner and said "the customer is not always right I know how I make my food and I'm not going to change how I make it just for one person" I was then told I could have my food remade or I could get my refund if I came back into the restaurant today. After that interaction on the phone, I will not be returning, to what? Get chewed out again in person? There is no reason to be that aggressive with people who are spending their money on your food, and it would probably get you a lot further along as a small business owner to be nice to customers so that they have good word of mouth to spread and want to come back. Don't work with the public if you can't handle public opinions :)
