While I appreciate the owner's effort, the fact remains a simple check of the lining would have made all of this hassle unnecessary. School time rolls around again, and I'm needing another uniform item embroidered with the kids' school logo. I came back here because I knew they had the logo on file, and last time wasn't too bad. Well, the logo that cost me $6 last year is now $10. Gulp. OK, so it goes. I drop the item off on Tuesday, and was told they'd call "in a few days" when it's ready. I happen to have $10 cash on me, so I pay the man. Guy is on the phone pretty much the whole time, the gal is literally wandering around the shop. 1 week goes by, no word on my item being ready. I find myself close by, so I stop in on a whim, and yep, it's ready. The gal says, "didn't he call you?" Nope. Then she asks me for $10! I told her I paid when I brought the item in! I figured when someone writes a price quote on a work ticket, they should at least note "PAID" or something, so as to not offend your customers? So, 2 strikes...price hike and another round of lacking customer service. I get the item home and wash it, then I notice the neckline is bunched up, so as I turn it inside out, I realize they've literally just shoved in into the embroidery machine without looking to see they caught the lining up in it, folding it upwards! This was gonna be the picture day outfit! I'm angry because the botched embroidery can't be fixed, not without ruining the front of the dress!!! Now I'll have to remove and tailor the lining to lay flat at the neckline because Reno Embroidery couldn't take a minute to smooth out the lining. Shotty work, careless customer service and steep price...I'm not sure they care about earning repeat business, I know I won't be back!

I recently reached out to this business to get a small swag line so to say started so I went with a local business because what I'm doing is a Nevada-based organization. I Had sent in a design and explain what I was looking for I will say that the associate that works there her name is Halle was very good and was very shall I say progressive in doing business. Now she had agreed since they had some material laying around she could do this for me most cases and I understand they want bulk orders but I really just needed to see how something was going to turn out so she was very accommodating so we agreed on what we were going to do she sent me the proof as well as the payment link so I can pay for this product and either through an issue with the email or their program the proof didn't quite look like what I needed so I responded that I wanted to further look into this design and make sure it was correct. I was then contacted by an individual named Todd he totally reneged everything that me and Halle had discussed and went back on the agreement. This was a pure sight into how this business operates it operates one of two ways they either don't communicate because there was communication between me and Haley and an agreement on what was done or else Halle doesn't know how to do her job and she did something she's not supposed to do but then a true business will not go back on those agreements. They will deal with it internally. Or the other cases Todd's power-hungry and clearly makes Halle look like a fool and if you ask me Todd if he has the power should not let Halle do any quotes or any proofs they should all come from Todd because clearly Todd has the final word so I just want to put out to the community please beware of doing business with this business they do not stand behind any agreements they have poor communication internally or they just have poor business ethics and an issue between management and Associates. If anyone in the community would like my proof of what happened or if anyone at the graphics FACTORY wants to challenge what happened I have it all documented.
