UPDATE: The owner has reached out to me to offer to fix the item, but I have declined. Having 30+ years of sewing experience myself leaves me unconvinced that the work can be undone without marring the front of the dress. While I appreciate the owner's effort, the fact remains a simple check of the lining would have made all of this hassle unnecessary. School time rolls around again, and I'm needing another uniform item embroidered with the kids' school logo. I came back here because I knew they had the logo on file, and last time wasn't too bad. Well, the logo that cost me $6 last year is now $10. Gulp. OK, so it goes. I drop the item off on Tuesday, and was told they'd call "in a few days" when it's ready. I happen to have $10 cash on me, so I pay the man. Guy is on the phone pretty much the whole time, the gal is literally wandering around the shop. 1 week goes by, no word on my item being ready. I find myself close by, so I stop in on a whim, and yep, it's ready. The gal says, "didn't he call you?" Nope. Then she asks me for $10! I told her I paid when I brought the item in! I figured when someone writes a price quote on a work ticket, they should at least note "PAID" or something, so as to not offend your customers? So, 2 strikes...price hike and another round of lacking customer service. I get the item home and wash it, then I notice the neckline is bunched up, so as I turn it inside out, I realize they've literally just shoved in into the embroidery machine without looking to see they caught the lining up in it, folding it upwards! This was gonna be the picture day outfit! I'm angry because the botched embroidery can't be fixed, not without ruining the front of the dress!!! Now I'll have to remove and tailor the lining to lay flat at the neckline because Reno Embroidery couldn't take a minute to smooth out the lining. Shotty work, careless customer service and steep price...I'm not sure they care about earning repeat business, I know I won't be back! read more

I had a chef coat embroidered for my husbands birthday a few weeks ago. I walked in and spoke with Stuart who made the entire process simple and comfortable. I showed him exactly what I wanted and emailed him the graphic that I wanted to use on the coat too. He told me it takes 10 business days to have the project done after altering the graphic to be able to use it on their machines. It took exactly 10 days but I got a beautiful chef coat that my husband loves to wear even when he's not cooking. Huge birthday hit and I'm glad I found Stuart to help me! read more

These guys were great, but once you become a customer they put you off and act completely overwhelmed with work. I only got a answer if I called. Waited a month to get 20 shirts made. Had to pay "rush job" prices because they dropped the ball. They printed all my shirts on the wrong brand shirts that fit terrible which was somehow my fault. Owner offered no remedy to fix there mistakes which is a shame because his work and products are high quality. read more

I called these folks to get a quote and have them do a custom job on some expensive jackets for my business. during the phone call, the person on the other end never said his name (which I hate) and otherwise managed to walk me through the process of getting them my info for a quote. Then it all fell apart. I never got anything back from them. I had to call numerous times and eventually when they did get back to me it was to say that the logo I sent them was too small after I was told the size did not matter for the quote. It is now a Friday at 4:45 pm they will not answer the phone, email or anything I I needed to order the Jackets for a sale price that day. I was very diligent in telling the guy that earlier that week. I have heard nothing since and it is three days later, no call, no email, nothing. Customer service is non existent. read more

I went in to ask about having some jackets made for my employees. Guy seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I told him I wanted to start with having three jackets embroidered but he told me he wouldn't do it unless I ordered six jackets. I would think a sale for three and possible future business would be better than no business and a bad review. read more
