Love the pizza from here compared to some other local places, but ordering online brought the Slice app is becoming ridiculous. Few times already got a text that my order is ready for pickup, and it's not when I show up. so I usually end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. But today they didn't even know they had my order until someone found the info somewhere in the kitchen that has gone unnoticed by the staff. Asked me to wait for 7-10 minutes, I ended up waiting there for 30 minutes. No apologies, nothing, left my order at the counter for me to go and get it myself while they saw me sitting at the nearby table. I understand they may be busy, but why accept orders trough the App if you have no capacity to handle them? Unfortunately, have to start ordering from other places that are farther from us, but I'll still save time on waiting for my orders that are late. read more

I came to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. While I'm waiting, the young lady at the counter was on FaceTime with someone the whole time. Also, there was a couple waiting to order that she hadn't given a menu yet. She had to tell whoever she was talking to on the phone to hold on so she could take care of this couple. But not once did she ever hang the phone up! You could hear all the activity on her phone that was going on in the background from whomever she was talking too. And another employee came out to ask about an order that she took over the phone and that person leaned over and said hello whoever was on her phone. Go figure. I guess it's a good thing they were not really busy! But the principle of this review is that she was unprofessional and that's bad for business! read more

One of the girls working there has consistently had an attitude with me and lacks customer service. Everyone else there has been pleasant but she has the nerve to comment on my personally when I am the customer. read more

Ordered pizzas from Mama Mai's. The service was very friendly, and the food was delicious. The pizza was hot and fresh.

Food and service has become so bad that we will not be eating at this restaurant anymore. New location because of new owners? Sad to see what has happened to a good restaurant. read more

Maybe change your business hours to closing at 8 so your staff can get off at 9 and then maybe they won't rush to just throw anything together regardless if it's correct or not! Sadly you can't see under a layer of cheese...$42 wasted! read more

No one to greet you, tables are bare and sticky to the last one. Remodel of the old location looks like it came in under the $100 budget. Entire staff either on their cell phone or looking at their coworkers. No management in sight. Pizza was Ok, not great but better than some other alternatives In Culpeper. Will not go back. We ordered food on a Tuesady night and we are less than 2 miles away. We had to call several times to check on our order and it was fi ally delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes. If we order from them again, I will try pickup, but if the wait is that extreme than their are other places to go in town. Totally ridiculous. read more

Meh. I really want to like this place because it's so close to home, but I'll keep going to the place across town cuz the food here is sooooo bland. I've eaten here 3 times and all 3 experiences were equally disappointing. I had the cheesesteak sub today--not a flake of pepper or grain of salt to be found, let let alone any other kind of seasoning or flavor. The food here is so delicious. We order from here at least once a week. The pizza is so good and the steak and cheeses. I highly recommend trying this place out. And do yourself a favor and order a brownie. It is the most delicious brownie I've ever had! And it's huge! They sell out often lol and I get so upset lol. I would order here just for the brownie even if I didn't like the pizza that much. It gets serious with the brownies here lol. And the staff is very nice. read more

I just had a cheese steak and fries here which is normally very good. Today it had a strong vinegar taste which i tried to push through. I asked the server about it who said the order made before mine had vinegar used when it was made on the grill. They need to clean their grill better between orders when something like that is used. It will take me a while to forget that bitter taste and return here. Very disappointed. read more

Let's start with the food and work our way to other things. The food is delicious, they have a great selection of everything. My favorite is the white pizza, my daughters favorite is the noodles but that's just because they use so much butter and my mom's favorite is the calzones. Service is amazing, never had a problem dining in or ordering out. Recently, like yesterday recently LOL we were there for dinner and they offered my mom some freshly hand crushed lemonade and it was by far some of the best lemonade we have ever had! read more

Service was great food was good! Overall a great place. They put a lot of cheese on both pasta dishes. Came with garlic bread that was really good. Food came out very hot. We really enjoyed it. We were nervous to come in because of the lack of reviews but I am happy we have them a shot. Will come back again. The shells were a little greasy but it really was good. read more

We had a Really good Stromboli. My dads only comment was that he wished the sauce was warm as he poured it all over the Stromboli. I dipped my Stromboli in sauce and was fine. Cake was good. Price was good. read more
