Really good pizza! It was a slight challenge ordering on the phone when I asked questions but there were zero problems in the end with getting what I wanted (half Hawaiian, half honey cup). The place itself is cute and you can see them putting the pizzas into the brick oven which is cool. First time here. Definitely delicious like yo mamas cooking! Me and my girl were totally smitten by it. We got the Mama Mia & the Honey Cup Pizza. The cheese pull was out of this damn world like a movie! The crust was very crispy but soft as well. And it did have just a little bit of grease on it which made it a little better. Sometimes it tends to be a little dry. The basil was strong, aromatic & fresh. The meat was greasy and very well seasoned. The place was very clean and surprisingly quiet. We had the whole place to ourselves! Overall I give it a strong strong 7/10. Will definitely be back to try the different options they have. read more

We came here on a Saturday night when the restaurant had a huge order come in right before us. They clearly communicated there would be a wait, gave our kids awesome pizza maker toys to play, and my husband and I played their on sceen trivia that you can pair with your phone. The food truck catered my daughter's wedding in Chelan in September. They set up a beautiful table with hot pizza and salad. It was all tasty but Date night pizza was amazing ! The staff were responsive and kept the food table full. They cleaned up and left boxes of left overs which were appreciated after some serious dancing. The pizza was excellent. I can't recall the exact name, but it had pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage, all on a perfectly crispy crust. My wife enjoyed the pepperoni pizza as well. It's wood-fired and thin hand-tossed, with a light and pleasant sauce that's not too spicy. The cheese was thick, offering that satisfying pull I love when serving myself. This food truck parks by the car dealership on Miller Street. It's usually parked there on Thursdays, but I follow them on Facebook for the most up to date information on their locations. I ordered the caprese pizza, which has mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil and balsamic drizzle. It was a perfectly balanced pairing of flavors. The crust was crisp and slightly charred, which added to the flavor. It was also a traditionally thin crust, that kind of bubbles when it's cooked in the oven. Delish! I will also note that the size was about right for two people. I ate a couple of slices and refrigerated the rest for my partner to try for dinner. We warmed it up in a toaster oven and it still was as flavorful and delish as the first time. They have an interesting menu, which makes me want to try some more flavor combos. For example, they have a pickle based one, and one inspired by crag ragoons, as well as the traditional pepperoni and hawaiian options. Looking forward to stopping by again. read more

While in town for a stop over, my daughter chose pizza as her birthday meal. The staff here was friendly and helpful. They poured a few samples before I chose a great hazy IPA from Hellbent. Our pizzas were hot and perfect! I would have thought I needed more than the three slices I ate, but it was filling. Tried a Mama Tina's wood fired pizza this 4th of July and loved it! It's everything I (personally) love in a pizza. Love the texture and flavor of the crust, the sauce has tons of flavor, and they're not shy with cheese or toppings. Tried a slice of the pepperoni, they use the type of pepperoni that curls up and gets crispy. I love that! So if you like Neapolitan style flavorful wood fired pizza oozing with flavor, totally recommend these guys! 10/10 read more

We went to their new location at 759 Riverside Drive. The place was amazing! It is a small but comfortable restaurant. The owners are amazing and the food was delicious. We arrived during happy hour so the beer and wine was a reasonable price. If I lived in the area I would go here all the time. You should eat here and support this business. I tried the My Etna pizza and it was great!...great crust, great toppings and texture, and great taste.

Pros: Charming and attractive truck with very friendly staff. Cons: The Margherita pizza I got was soggy, and boring. The sauce was watery and may have come from a can, and the cheese was bland. They did put freshly picked basil on it though, which was nice. Also the crust was delightful! Next time I'll try a different pizza. Hopefully it will be better, because I really want to like this place. Update: Tried the Crab Rangoon pizza, which was creative and original. The crust was a big hit again. read more

This was the second time doing pickup from Mama Tina's and the pizza is excellent I never would have thought that crab would go good on pizza but the Crab Rangoon is absolutely delicious!! The service was great when I walked in the place was packed and I was still in and out in less than 5 mins and she thanked me for calling in my order. I so wanted to give this place 5 stars. The service was amazing. The crust is phenomenal. I got the dill pickle pizza, if you like dill pickles you have to try this pizza. My wife got a regular pizza that has tomato sauce. The sauce is where they lost me. It was really watery, thin and bland. To me sauce is one of the most important parts of a pizza. I will return to try the crab Rangoon pizza because that intrigued me. I also wish there was more vegetable options on the toppings. I will be back for a second opinion. read more

Ok I want to give some explanation to those who are complaining about the sauce and "sogginess". This is a Neapolitan pizza style. It is not MOD pizza. It is not like Mcglinn's and it definitely isn't like Dominos. It has a lot of differences from American style pizza. If anyone has been to Tutta Bella in Seattle then you understand what type of pizza this is. The pizza has a very strict standard it has to be held to to be considered Neapolitan. The sauce has to be San Marzano tomato sauce and the center of the pizza has to be almost as thin as a credit card. Most of these pizzas have a somewhat soggy center due to the thinness. Also almost all pizza sauces come from cans BTW, even the fancy ones. Now that being said, they could let their pizza sauce simmer for a while to make it a bit thicker and concentrate that San Marzano flavor. They could also cut back on the cheese a bit because the oil from the cheese is increasing the sogginess and it is overpowering at times the incredible flavor of their crust. All in all though this place did a fantastic job on a Neapolitan style pizza that comes out of a food truck. Way to go guys! Keep improving and you'll be five stars in no time. read more

Beware of this place! I was enthusiastic to try a wood fired pizza from a local place. The pizza LOOKED amazing. The crust looked quite cooked, and yet was still soft and soggy, not sure how that's even possible. The sauce tasted absolutely gross, something like tomato juice. It was the only thing I ate the entire day and I got sick from it. The wood fired part was accurate and the crust tasted good, but the rest was absolute nonsense. read more
