Parking for us was a charm, but, I can see where it would be a challenge. We went in perused the amazing menu. Omg it looks amazing!!! But sadly NOT GF!!! We have had their take-out pizzas that were prepared in house; each delicious and different in texture and flavor. This time we decided to try their take and bake roman crusts, bring them home and add our own variety of toppings. Lets see if I can remember...first of all, the crusts, while similar in product, use and cooking method used like other pre-made/store bought crusts (e.g. Boboli) , these are really nothing like the others. These crusts are oval shaped, light, airy and soft. We created some of the concoctions below just to give you some ideas. Also, we used some of their in-house mozzarella. 1) Roasted Jalapeno/serrano chili smear, Arugula, Prosciutto and olive oil (no cheese). 2) Pizza/Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Jack Cheese, Pepperoni, bell pepper, mushroom (kids pizza) 3) Zucchini, spinach, ricotta lasagna smear, peperoni, bell pepper, mushroom, green onion, arugula mozzarella/Jack cheeses and pizza/tomato sauce. 4) Pesto smear, Green onion, mushroom, plenty of fresh garlic, olive oil, mozzarella and jack cheese. (My personal favorite). Some very delicious pies. Grandkids tore them up. These are very simple for an easy bake process in your own kitchen without the mess and hassle of making your own dough . . . but, we likened the texture and convenience to more of a flatbread style pie. It was certainly missing some form of a characteristic 'pizza' feel, bite, greasiness and overall pizza (something). We all agreed that these are probably used rather extensively as 'flatbreads' on many menus throughout this company's wide distribution market. We all think these are definitely noteworthy crusts. We prefer to regard them as flatbreads instead of pizzas. These crusts are easy to use, prepare and bake in your own oven. Simple instructions to follow. Put whatever you like on them and you have instant flatbread pizzas for any party or dinner. We will most likely be doing this 'flatbread' evening again in the future. This is a hidden gem in North County. Tastes very authentic just like the Pinsa I had in Rome. They sell a variety of red and white pizzas, they make their own mozzarella from scratch, and they sell take and bake pizzas. Everything on the menu is very budget friendly. The pizza is very good, but not great. Very few topping options and pre-designed specialties. The Margherta is not really a classic Margherita, but just a cheese pizza. The pepperoni doesn't have much pepperoni on it at all, and what's there is the cheapest type one can get at Restaurant Depot. I've been looking for delicious pizza since I've moved to Escondido. I decided to give pinsarella a try! I haven't heard to them before and they are pretty new. As a newer establishment, I understand everything might not be perfect the first try. My review is based on multiple things that could be improved but also, the pizza is DELICIOUS - hence the three stars. I placed an order online for a margarita pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and an eggplant Parmesan and the online system told me it would be about an hour to pickup. I initially thought that was a bit long but given that it was a Saturday night, I understood. We pulled up to the establishment at an hour on the dot. They were only letting one customer inside at a time which I greatly appreciated and respected because of covid. When I got to the counter, the woman working asked if I placed an over the phone order. I told her it was online, and from the way the rest of my experience went I'm guessing they did not start my order until then lol. About 8 minutes after that, they told me they didn't have eggplant Parmesan. No big deal, I asked if they could make a sandwich instead. I was just curious why I wasn't informed sooner - again I believe they started my order when I got there. My pizza was done almost 10 mins before the sandwich. I was inside the establishment for 30 minutes waiting for the food to get done, which was not what I was expecting after placing an order an hour before. In addition, when i got in the car I checked all the food. The "margarita" pizza was just a cheese pizza - no basil or extra mozzarella on top. I had to go back in and ask for basil. On their website they have pictures of all the menu items and the Margarita pizza looks nothing like it does online. If you are not going to make the food look at least somewhat like the pictures, delete them from the website. Form the get go, It is setting an expectation you are not meeting. The pizza was really good! but for me, there are other good places in other counties that are worth the drive. I will perhaps give Pinsarella another try in a year or so. read more

Wooooow! First try and it's a HIT! I am French/Italian so Pizzas are a serious deal. We ordered a Large Margarita with extra black olives and mushrooms. We got it 15min later, I opened the box and saw how good it looks... I knew it would have been a fight home, so I took two extra GIANT cheese slices! Samuel is the one who helped up, very nice guy.
