Leslie, co-owner, communicates right away and will ask questions to make sure you get the best item for your party- is it indoor our outdoor, windy area, beach, how large is the stage, things like that so she can make suggestions which will work better for your party. Things we may not be aware of since they've done thousands of parties all over the island and continent. They know all the party venues, hotels, convention center, cultural centers, restaurants, etc that people have parties at, so it makes it easy for you too because they have info and experience that we may not be aware of. Philip contacted me immediately after I submitted online request and we nailed down the details. He texted a week before so I could make payment and reconfirm details and make sure nothing changed. Philip arrived as promised in the cool van advertising the company and brought exactly what we talked about. Setting up for us, tying on balloon clusters, explaining what works best for life of balloons, and even brought an extra one in case the heat wasn't kind. They give you an option of having them return to pick up balloon stands (we had two columns outdoors so needed to be on the metal stands) or to save the extra fee, you may return it to Hawaii Kai.
