They don't put the balloons in the large bags for easy transporting anymore so it's a bit challenging try to put them in the back seat or car trunk. The latex balloons stay afloat for about 3 hours and they don't get foggy. Overall, I've always been happy with their products.

Also, no returns are allowed after 10/22/24. There was only 1 staff I found on the floor to help me find the angel wings. She pointed on the back direction which is not hard to find. It's all I needed to buy. When I got to the line, there were 3 staffs on the counter chitchatting. I don't know if you need that many people on the counter. Oh, I was the only one in line ;).
