Ordered a Hawaiian Delight (ham and pineapple) pizza from the Glasgow, KY location, drove all way home (20 mins outside of town) to learn the pizza was slathered with BBQ sauce instead of marina as described on their menu. called the store to speak to a manager and were only given the option for a replacement if we drove back to town or the next time we're in town and was denied a refund. Will not be going back. shotty location (unkept building and dirty on the inside) shotty looking employees, terrible customer service. take your hard-earned money elsewhere. read more

We've been going to Mancinos for quite some time-years-and October 23 2024 between 2:30-3:30pm was the very worst subs we've ever had anywhere. My Ruben had thick, rubbery, gristle ridden corned beef and my fiancé had a steak sub. It had the same problems with the meat. Thick chewy slices with gristle, also big chunky slices of RAW onion. Raw? Where are the sautéed onions? The flavors were there but the quantity of the meat has deep dived into cheap chewy cuts. Will I try the pizza again? Yes! call 2 separate time to ask about allergies and was just told "I don't know I don't make" the first time and they were unwilling to find out. the second time I called i asked for the manager and he just said " I don't think so" so I asked if he could find out because that information is important and then he hung up on me. There lack of care could potentially put someone in the hospital. also how could it be good if you don't know what's in your own food. I would have rated 3 stars if I was willing to go back but the rating I gave was accurate. We didn't know what a grinder was except maybe golf. But no. It's a open face sandwich from what we have gathered. However we opted to share their take on a supreme pizza. Its everything you'd want on a pizza and the sauce is pretty good. However we just ate the outside as the middle became pizza soup. I don't really think they pride themselves on being clean as the we assume manager apologized as she only had new hires and no dishes were done. Overall. We came to camp at the park for the weekend and we didn't feel like cooking the night we drove in so I typed in pizza on google maps and came here on a whim! We didn't not have very high expectations but this pizza blew our minds! We are pretty big pizza snobs and this place cooks their pizzas to perfection. No soggy bottom. The person making the dough is doing an amazing job. Thin and crunchy and flavorful and yeasty just like it should be! The perfect amount of cheese and sauce and toppings. I am taking one star away however for the customer service, if you can stomach the clueless young kids horesplaying in the kitchen and running the cash register at the same time you will have a great pizza and something to laugh at. I have never in my 40 years of life complained about a restaurant till tonight.. To start I begin calling at 725pm to place an order, can't get through till 10 mins till 8 and after the very rude employee picks up informs me they close in 10 mins and cant take any orders.. I work 10+ hrs a day in the heat doing construction but a few extra mins would just kill her.. After requesting a manager she instantly gets on the phone and yells were CLOSED!! This place is the place to go in Glasgow if you want an authentic Italian grinder or sandwich. They also have excellent pizza. We get lunch all the time, but got take out for supper tonight to take to a local music venue around 7 which is their busiest time. I was told 20-25 minutes over the phone but when I arrived I was greeted by a very polite young man who explained there was a slight problem with orders in the kitchen, and it might be longer. All the customers were pleased and ours was out at maybe 35 minutes tops. Well worth the wait- top quality oven toasted sandwiches with delicious deli meats, cheeses and fresh veggies- and it is clearly a family run business that prides itself on quality. This is a great pizza joint! The crust is wonderful; it doesn't taste like it's frozen but made from scratch. The sauce and toppings were on par too. The service was quick and the staff even made a fresh batch of sweet tea just for us. If I ever pass through again I will definitely eat here! read more

I like the sandwiches here. The seafood grinder is my favorite. I would really love it if they had real lemon instead of those gross lemon packets. I can't have caffeine so I usually have lemon or lime water because most restaurants (at least in this area) don't offer diet, caffeine free products. Those lemon packets are horrible!! read more

This cute, little restaurant was amazing! They have grinders and pizzas and salads, and it was all delicious! In our party, we had a tuna melt grinder, a Cajun chicken grinder, and a pizza with some loaded fries. It was a lot of food, but we ate most of it! The Cajun chicken grinder was spicy, but just the perfect amount of spicy. The tuna had a lot of tuna, and was very good. Could have used cheese, but still a delicious sandwich. The meat lovers pizza was overloaded with meats, and amazing. The cheese fries were hot and delicious with bacon! Would absolutely come back the next time we're in town! read more

Very very poor customer service. While ordering, the man taking our order would not let us pay over the phone, then gave the phone to a women who then hung up on us. I ordered take out last night. 1 pasta plate, 1 sandwich. The pasta was correct and according to my wife, "pretty ok". The sandwich, although confirmed to be what I ordered over the phone, while i was paying, was not correct. I was home of course, when i realized their mistake. This place does not stack up to other Mancino's locations. They used canned mushrooms on a veggie grinder for Pete's sake. Kids meals are a decent deal. I normally score these guys around three to four stars, tonight I tried the fettuccine Alfredo, a total waste of money, as it was nearly inedible the pasta was was mushy to the point of not being able to tell when you had it on the fork the sauce was watery and tasted like anything but Alfredo sauce. I've eaten here every couple months for several years. I'd eat here more often if the service was consistent. I typically buy the same thing every time and rarely have had issues with the food which is more important to me than the staff's personalities. I love the side salad with honey french...and a half grinder either club or B.L.T and sometimes the single serving pizza. Only true complaint is the use of canned mushrooms instead of fresh and having a partially frozen salad. Otherwise, the flavors are unique to Mancinos. read more

On May 20th our business had placed a large order with Mancinos in Glasgow Kentucky. We went and picked up the order. Once we returned back to work and started our lunch we discovered that we were missing a 1/2 order of a club sandwich as well as two baked fries. As we called back, we asked for a manager and Nikki came to the phone. As we discussed the issue with her she referenced a sign above the register stating that if the customer does not call back within an hour, there is to be no refunds and nothing she can do about it. Upon asking Nikki, the manager, more details concerning this policy she decided to hang up on us. We attempted to call back and received the same response. If Mancinos in Glasgow Kentucky is concerned more about the savings of the food cost, typically 28% of the cost of the product, than the customers paying the price of the product, then our business will go elsewhere. As we share this customer service disaster story with our employees, families and friends, I am sure that the $2.37 they saved in food costs by not satisfying the customer that just paid over $86 for our order makes sense to Nikki and others. I cant understand it, but based on that policy Nikki so happliy explained to me, is keeping Mancinos in Glasgow from losing money, it sounds like someone is forgeting to calculate the lost sales from dissatisfied customers. This place was not bad for the area. We were staying in Cave City and ventured to Glasgow to find something that was not a chain for dinner. It seemed like every local restaurant was closed for dinner on Wednesday. Odd. So we found Mancino's and went in. The young kid at the counter was beyond unfriendly. We ordered our subs, mine was a bbq chicken. The rolls are made in house which I liked but for the price I thought there could have been more chicken on the sub...considering this was the only piece of food on the sub! No cheese (although it seemed like cheese was toasted on the outside of the roll,?), no vegetables, nothing but bbq sauced chicken. It tasted good though.
