Go past the fountain in the lobby to the Mandara Spa ‍

Mandara Spa is a third party spa located in the Swan and Dolphin Resort. When you walk in the lobby of the Dolphin hotel, you go past the beautiful fountain through a wooden entrance and turn before getting to the escalators. I had the Coconut Poultice massage. The massage therapist did a wonderful job and was able to find all my problem areas. Much needed after walking so many miles in the Disney Park. They also offer a beautiful relaxation room with a complimentary mimosa at the end. The decorations are fashioned of hand-carved wood, reminiscent of India. The only reason I couldn't give this spa 5 stars is that there is no jacuzzi/pool/sauna to enjoy. There is a steam room though and nice rainfall showers. Also, there is a nice outdoor patio to enjoy with views of the resort, but they were re-doing the sidewalk below and the construction noise led me back inside.

We go here every time we go to disneyworld. It's definitely the best spa on property. But there's definitely room for improvement. While the facilities are impressive, they could use some sprucing up. The cushions are tired and floppy, the pagoda has large cracks, the outdoor furniture in such a well appointed room seemed out of place. They offer coffee, non branded water bottles, and cucumber water. I would like to see more options like Poppi or sparkling drinks. It would also be nice if they had better snack options, maybe a wasabi trail mix or chocolate covered nuts. I also think this spa lacks amenities that other spas make available. There is no access to a pool or spa (not even the hotels main ones). There's a small sauna in each locker room but why not an infrared one? Maybe a cold plunge pool or tub? The locker room is unfortunately very small. They also put me in a locker right next to another guest. It made changing and getting our stuff very awkward. Needs a full length mirror! The robes have seen better days. They're definitely well worn and the flip flops are kinda gross. I brought my own. It's odd because during the pandemic they were using some pure white waffle pattern robes that looked much nicer. And now they've switched back! My massage was kinda weird. The woman doing it had a strange vibe to her. Like she asked if I had anything to tell her and I mentioned I'm allergic to perfumes and scents. She then launched into a story about how she is "allergic to everything". Like she was trying to one up me or something? Very awkward. Then after the massage she asked if I wanted a mimosa. I said that I was ok, she said "are you sure? You're a big girl!". It just felt kinda weird and pushy. What if I were a recovering alcoholic? Maybe just accept the no.

I was staying at the Dolphin for a conference and had a morning to myself. I booked a coconut poultice massage and a pedicure. They provide locking lockers and you can pick which locker you want to use. I have never had a coconut poultice massage before, but I would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat! I would have to say this was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I'm sad I don't live nearby to be able to do it again. When done, they lead you to a room where you sit and wait for the next technician to come get you. To me that was somewhat awkward, because I didn't know who was coming and whether they knew I was waiting. But someone eventually showed up and took me back for my pedicure. The pedicure was exceptionally well done, the leg massage was excellent, and it has been one of the longest lasting pedicures I've ever had. I was super impressed with my experience at the spa, and would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful spa. The ambience is fantastic and very relaxing. The quality of the pedicure was perfect. The massage was obviously the best part. If you are staying at the dolphin and need a little R&R or some new time, I highly recommend booking an appointment at the spa.

I had to ask if Mika was coming, and that's when I was told she was fully booked and busy. If I had known that beforehand, I would not have stayed. I live three hours away and specifically came expecting to have my appointment with Mika. During the service, water also got into my ear and I'm still trying to get it out, which has been very uncomfortable. My first visit here was a great experience, which is why several of my family members also come here now. Unfortunately, today's visit was very disappointing and I honestly couldn't wait for the session to be over. Just wanted to mention that the owner told me Mika had a family emergency and had to leave early, but that was not was the therapist said to me beforehand. I will say I'm glad my hubby was able to get Eva, since she was the other person we originally requested. They offered me a complimentary service with Mika for next visit, but honestly it is not worth the stress or the drive after what I went through. Lesson learned. On top of everything, we still tipped well.

This is the best headspa in all of Orlando! If you're curious about those Asian headspa experiences…read moreon social media or are just passionate about self-care or scalp health, this is THE spot. Came here for a girls day with my mom and grandma, and we LOVED it. There were some snags with making an appointment, but the experience here really made up for initial confusion. Our technicians definitely knew what they were doing, and we all left refreshed, relaxed, and felt very pampered. The head, neck, and shoulder massages were skillfully done, and I really appreciated the face and neck mask. I actually came in with a tension headache, and it was gone by the end of service. The headspa service also includes a blow-dry, oxygen scalp treatment, a microcurrent scalp treatment. They have a grand opening special right now for their Meditation Healing Treatment and I definitely recommend that. They also have a Spa Membership that comes out to $69/month where you can choose from a wide menu of spa services (including the head spa). You do have to pay in-full upfront, but I think it's a very fair deal. After my experience with the headspa, I'm definitely interested in looking into some of their other beauty services as well. Overall, Muyan is an amazing addition to the Orlando beauty treatment scene, and I highly recommend it.

The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.

Due to COVID, you can no longer dip your whole hand in the wax...pouring some wax into a bag just didn't have the same effect and failed to cover the whole hand. Spa seemed very clean and well run. I'll go back in the future.
