I have used others (some of the very large computer server makers) with much less success where account managers would change on me every couple of months and network engineers were sometimes good but other times.. not so good. With TSPEC, my account manager has been the same since 2011 and is by far the best. Teri is awesome. She is the most talented and knowledgeable, and can get results when no one else can; a true professional. As the saying goes, "They broke the mold when they created Teri". Their network engineers, which TSPEC has an abundance of, are the Best in the industry and are so easy to work with. Their cabling division is also the Best. It has been 3 years since TSPEC set up our large-scale WAP network. It consists of over 80 Meraki state-of-the art access points using the Meraki Dashboard (a great GUI tool and management console). Our WAP network has been flawless the entire 3 years. I am the I.T. Manager and have not heard any complaints the entire time. We use Zebra handheld computers for scanning inventory throughout the 300 sq. ft. with excellent signal, all the time, (it's incredible). No complaints but compliments. :) Our servers and workstations also run great after 3 years as well. They have great management and are the nicest people. I buy all my subscriptions, equipment, supplies through TSPEC. Their pricing is great for labor costs as well. He will tell you if something doesn't need to be done, or if it can be done at less cost. He's also a really nice guy. These are some of the things he helped us with: Switching our email system from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 for business, including email migration, calendars, and files shared between all the users, He synced our computers and mobile phones, and backed up emails. He also set up Office online so we could have access to our files and contacts when not in the office. He set up daily computer backups on a local network storage device and to a cloud service. Oren suggested installing remote access on our computers so he could do evaluations and diagnostics remotely. That really came in handy for us as he was able to provide support even when he was elsewhere or had a break between clients but was too far to make an in-person visit. IT consulting and training. Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues. I highly recommend Oren at Restart Computer Services for your computer needs for office or home use. He's very good at explaining things so if you don't know how to do something, he'll show you how.
