Ugh. We hired Woodland Hills Cleaners to come to clean our kitchen, living room and two bathrooms…read more Tito and a second guy came to our house at 9:40 am. They had said they'd be there between 8 and 9, but no big deal. They cleaned the rooms well, but that night I found that Tito had apparently been trying to take the sliding shower door off in our main bathroom. He had bent one roller bracket so badly the only way to move the shower door was to lift the whole thing up off the tracks. I understand that things happen, but Tito charged us and left without telling me what he'd done. Not cool. I called Woodland Hills Cleaners the next morning (Wednesday) and the receptionist said she'd call her manager. Tito called me back, didn't really take responsibility but said he'd have their repairman call me in the next 2 days. 3 days later (Saturday), I called Tito again to say I hadn't heard from his repairman. Not cool again. Tito then said their repairman would definitely call and come by on Monday. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home on Monday, but the repairman never called or came by. I texted Tito and he said that if the repairman "didn't call you or show up it's because he was too busy". What?! Tito said he forwarded the information and felt like that was the end of his responsibility in the matter. At this point I was done. Tito broke our shower door, didn't tell me, told me twice that he would send a repairman, and then got indignant when, after a week without a functional shower door, I finally got irritated with him. I hired someone else to fix the shower door so I wouldn't waste any more time chasing Tito and waiting for chimeric repairmen. The carbon of the invoice Tito left was also for someone else and had their information on it.
