She has a single room oasis in a busy little hallway. The room is spacious, inviting, and surprisingly quiet for all the bustle outside. When I got there I was a little unsure if I should knock or not since she had a sign on the door that she was doing a treatment. I tentatively knocked and she popped out to greet me. Luckily I didn't interrupt her with a client, as she was just preparing for my appointment. There's a waiting area at the end of the hall, and if you come in and her door says she's busy, you can plop down and shoot her a text to let her know you've arrived. Then you don't have to worry about bugging other clients. I came in for a wax and she was super professional. Everything was clean and I was totally comfortable. Janette is really sensitive to making sure you have everything you need and she offered tea or water. It's the little things! I will definitely be coming back here for more waxing and might try out a facial. All of her products are organic and her main skincare line is Éminence from Hungary. She said that she talks with her clients about their personal skin types and customizes her facials for each person. Sounds luxurious.

I am so thrilled to be updating this review!…read more Following my initial review, I was contacted by the office manager, Justina, a truly kind person who urged me to come in and have Dr. Rydzik take a look at the scar. I was wary of returning, as, in my experience, I've found that accountability is rare to come by in medical practices (or in the world at large today!). But I can honestly say I am so glad to have been wrong in this instance. Dr. Rydzik acknowledged that an error had been made and told me that the medical assistant who had removed my stitches was receiving further training. She examined my arm and confirmed a keloid had formed due to the stitches being removed too early and she and her medical team provided me with a complimentary laser treatment to reduce the appearance of the scar, in addition to noting that, if future treatments for this scar are needed, those treatments would be complimentary as well. They were warm, reassuring, and really put me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Rydzik, Justina, and Bilkey (I'm so sorry if I'm misspelling your name) and a big thank you as well to the lovely woman who performed the laser on my arm today (so sorry, I'm forgetting your name!). I will continue to return as a patient for my dermatological needs as well as for my aesthetic needs and I will certainly recommend this office to friends, knowing that this is the kind of place where--should a mishap occur, as it can anywhere--the staff genuinely care to make it right.

She takes great care of me every time I visit. I give her updates on my skincare routine and she makes adjustments to my treatment based off of that. She also gives great advice as well on how I can improve on my routine. I always leave feeling refreshed and my face glowing. I have noticed a big difference with how much is with the monthly visits. After treatments she'll get me some coconut water to hydrate which is a nice bonus. A tip is to get their membership if you plan on getting treatments more regularly since you get a special members price and can get points for visits which you can redeem for a free service. I've decided to give this place a try because I got a membership there and was coming for massage anyway. I've never had anything like this. Almost drive-thru. The esthetician appeared to be experienced, but had bossy and almost condescending attitude. It was weird and uncomfortable. And so was the facial. IMHO the difference between facial massage and rubbing someone's cheeks in a hurry is not only in length of the procedure, not only in what areas of the face were worked on. There should be an intent to relax the face, full hand contact and massage to tone the muscles, maybe extractions, or hydration, a mask to address unique needs of person's skin. RARE but very good estheticians used to massage decolte and hands as a part of facial as well. But this one was weird. She cleaned my face in a hurry, rubbed my cheeks and neck, and then dumped something on my face and spread it on with a brush. That potion was left on my face for few min and was wiped off with a wet towel IN A HURRY as if she did not want to touch my face!!!! That was it !!! I was offered to purchase some other services later, and that was the end of my facial!!! I'd say 15 min start to finish. I've never ever had a facial this unpleasant, tensing up, short, minimalistic and costly. It was a waste of my time and money.
