Tina opened up a little early because I was bringing in my mom and niece who were visiting from the east coast! It was so special. Our nails turned out really good, as always! Then We decided to go with the Royal Pedicure and it was worth every penny! The gel stuff they used was amazing! It felt so good!! They wrapped this heated & weighted neck pillow around us and then added warm mittens to our hands while massaging our feet and legs! I was extremely disappointed in my nails. I showed a picture (attached below) as to the shape that I would like. Not only are they not the same shape, the lady I had said she thought they looked fabulous and if "my opinion" was that they didn't look good she didn't know what to say. These nails look like trash, are way shorter than I wanted, and she made me bleed. As you can see, the top of each nail dips into the middle which the nail tech said she did not see. I ended up filing them myself at home because they were incompetent. I say all of this to say I wouldn't advise going here. read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had in my entire life and I've had many. I was charged $45 for a nail dipping. There was a guy and he came in and cut my nails really quickly. He did the dip and all of my nailsare all asymmetrical. He did not do a massage. I also had my daughters nails done and the lady didn't even barely acknowledge her. Had them fix ONE nail, it is the one on the left that they fixed. Which doesn't match the one on my right at all. Can't imagine how shitty my nails would look if they had to match all 10. I also had them take the polish off my right middle finger to match the new one; hence that one being brown & patchy too. Also, a few days into my nails being done, the top coat turned an awful shade of brown. Which means their product was contaminated. Wouldn't go back. If it's new ownership but I've been going there for several years and the last few times I've not been impressed but today was the deal breaker for me first of all 50.00 for a regular fill with shellac is ridiculous but I will pay for it if its worth it. I was disappointed when my girlfriend came home very sad because she was charged 148 dollars for a simple manicure and pedicure. She could not believe that this amount of money was charged to her as she asked them before coming to the store. She was expecting like 100 dollars. Aside from that, they took like 2 hours for the manicure itself. She was also pissed off about the long waiting time and the slow work performed on her. This feels like somebody stole from us since they did not say anything about the prices for extra stuff they were kindly putting in during the job. I do not recommend people to go there. Second visit- a year later. I took a break from acrylics, so not returning wasn't because of them. Called ahead to see if they had openings. They got me in within the half hour. Yay - as after I got there 5 people walked in. Dwong (atleast that's what was on his kit?) did my nails. He was friendly, the most I've ever been spoken to while getting my nails done. That was nice. I was too tense for him, he kept telling me to relax. My bad Dwong. He was tentative and did a good job. I've had better, but couldn't really complain. No design, just shellac polish and a file and it cost me $41. Last summer shellac and a design only cost me $35 so the prices must've increased. And they didn't mention a stamp card like I was given last summer. I forgot about it myself so not sure if that's still something they do. All in all - I'm sure I'll be back for more. read more

I've been coming here for 3+ years and there must be new management because my nails were terrible and they didn't fix them. The guy was literally filing my SKIN and cut my finger, The shape was terrible, they were crooked and uneven and the paint was lumpy and not fully covering the nail. I usually don't say anything and just deal with it but $60 for a FILL and a terrible one at that. I told them it was terrible and wanted them fixed. The manager told me to wait an hour and she could fix them. I'm a single mother, I don't have time to wait another hour on top of the hour 1/2 i've already been there so she said come back tomorrow and she'll give me a whole new set. Well, I came in the next day and was told to come back in 2 hours. I DO NOT HAVE TIME to keep coming back and forth! Such an inconvenience so I asked for a refund or at least partial refund. She asked for my number to call me. I received a txt hours later saying she won't refund anything. TERRIBLE customer service. I used to refer people to this place but I will no longer be doing that, they lost me as customer as well. read more

This nail shops unprofessionalism is unprecedented. After spending hours of my precious time in this place for a service that they advertise widely my nails were lifting before I left the shop. I gave the salon a chance to repair the damage which they scheduled me an appointment then sent me the this text the day of my appointment the next day this salon contacted me to cancel the appointment stating that they were not skilled enough to do my nails. Naturally I was upset and surprised by this unusual behavior a part of me felt discriminated against. I demanded my money back but only receiving a partial refund I felt cheated. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Lovely nails was highly recommended by many people to me. My first encounter was honestly great! After 4 days one nail completely popped off as if it wasn't glue down/attached all the way and didn't leave any damage to my nail (it should if it's glued on correctly) . The entire fake nail it's self detached. A week after my initial appointment ANOTHER nail started lifting and I took a video of the lifting which quickly popped off as well. At that point I was missing two nails with in a week. Having a job interview I went in and asked if I could get them fixed. I was told they were busy and I could come back at 6:30pm. Not a problem, just bad timing for me. I came back at 6:30 and showed them the video of my nail lifting and explained how it's only been a week and it shouldn't just fall of like that.... they immediately sat me down and had someone fix my nail. That's when it went down hill. Not only was it a worse quality nails, they tried to charge me 10$ to fix two nails THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE FALLEN OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE! After making a scene of how ridiculous this was I was told they will only accept cash from me and the ATM was outside. I walked outside and the ATM machine had an out of order sign on it. Walking back in I said "well that's out of service and I don't have cash." The man told me he will accept my card and I argued with him saying he should have told me they would charge or I would have rather gotten a brand new set else where. He said he would only charge me 5 dollars for "me not knowing" and then was charged 5.50. Not only the service when I was sat down to get my nails done the desk was not cleaned off and had someone's else's previous acrylic and dead nail cells underneath my hands. Wish I would have taken a photo honestly. I have also attached the after math of what I paid 10$ for. In my opinion a very poor job as the color didn't cover my entire nail, the acrylic glue on my finger tips, and the lack of cleaning the nail bed. Not impressed what so ever and will never be coming back. read more
