I waited 45 mins for ice cream order and when I asked when my order would be complete because everyone who had ordered after me was served had eaten and left, the little girls behind the counter started getting attitude. They were talking crap to each other loud enough to be heard in the restaurant. They kept saying they were understaffed and if it takes 45 mins oh well that's how long it takes. I asked for a refund because of this and the girl had the nerve to try to tell me she was not talking crap about us, that she was only talking crap about her boss. Which of course was a lie because I could hear them. Then she tried to only refund for items that were not made. I told her that I no longer wanted any of the items and wanted a full refund so she once again got an attitude. I drove all the way from Parker to try this place and it will never happen again. Literally best service ever. The owner truly loves and enjoys his craft in his desserts. We had the mango cake, bobo taro tea, jackfruit ice cream, mango ice cream, strawberry and Nutella crepe, and everything was amazing. I don't love ice cream but the mango ice cream was by far the best pure, mango ice cream I've ever had. Came in during grand opening weekend and they were very busy. I noticed their hours were listed on Instagram and said they would be closing at 12:00 so I stop in at 8:45 and noticed a sign saying they closed at 8:30. I only knocked a star off due to the customer service which wasn't the best. Decided to come back later in the week when it wasn't as busy.. the desserts were delicious. Not sure why the reviews are so negative. It's their opening weekend so of course it's going to be busy. We got the BOGO mango slush with sago. It was pretty good and the wait wasn't that long despite it being packed. They use fresh mangoes so it's not as sweet as typical mango deserts that use syrup or a ton of sugar. I've been to the Mango Mango in Atlanta and the taste is on par. I do wish the mangoes were more ripe, but it's the middle of winter in Denver so I don't expect that since it's not in season. read more

Mango panna cotta was not properly set. Had the consistency of yogurt. Flavorful yes, but the wrong texture doesn't justify the price. It feels as if they just called it a panna cotta so they can charge more. Also it's a regular panna cotta with mango sauce on top. The flavor is not infused. If you buy some vanilla yogurt and put some mango on top it's the same thing. Mango slushy was very good. Not overtly sweet. Right when we arrived we were welcomed with a pungent smell of cigarettes, like if someone was smoking in the back. Not making assumptions just want to describe how strong the smell was. The cashier was not welcoming whatsoever, he was sitting down and didn't even greet us. We ordered the Special Mango & the Mixed Fresh Fruit. We walked in at 1 PM on a Monday. The person behind the counter took our order (for very simple desserts that should take less than 3 minutes to make). Ten minutes went by, two more customers came in and were served. I watched the Jimmy Johns driver come and go twice with deliveries while we continued to wait. I saw one of our desserts in the "ready to go" window soon after we ordered but it just sat there and sat there. Finally, the employee gave this dessert to us mumbling about how she was waiting on an ingredient for the other dessert. Another 15 minutes goes by and she finally comes back out and says they don't have that ingredient and we can order something else. I could have gone to the store and purchased the ingredients and made the dessert myself in the time it took her to not give it to us. This is unacceptable for customer service and fast food. She needs to learn: 1) tell your customers if it's going to take five times as long to get your order before they pay for it; 2) upon realizing that you cannot locate a needed ingredient, let the customer choose something else immediately rather than waiting 30 minutes to tell them. She could have comped us something for our time too. This was our fifth visit to this place and now we will never go back again. read more

I had the mango juice sago with strawberries, but I Changed my lychee jelly out for rice balls which are basically like a chewier mochi and they're so delicious! I also had the mango Millie cake which was incredible. I've never really had Chinese desserts before but I am addicted!! these are perfect there so flavorful so delicious so refreshing and not overly sweet!!!
