First time for us at Bon Ami and it was a great experience. We had the best French onion soup and delicious crepes ! Both the savoury and sweet are worth trying! Waitress was attentive and very friendly and it wasn't too crowded, we had a very nice private booth. We will be back this summer for sure.

Literally my favorite place in Denver. You will feel like you've transported to Paris!!

What a delightful surprise in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. It boasts an amazing outdoor deck that is well covered from the sun as well as a beautiful interior. The menu was full of creative crepes, sandwiches and other delights. We had 2 crepes - the bon ami crepe and the eggs Benedict crepe. Both were sublime. Eggs were cooked to perfection, sauces were amazing and the food just couldn't be beat! The service was attentive, knowledgeable and great. Will definitely be coming back - simply fantastic.

The Monte Cristo crepe was 10/10. Cute, cozy environment with an outdoor dining area as well. The service was great, good came out quickly (the place was pretty empty when I went). Prices are a bit steep for the amount of food you get but overall, delicious !!

Strawberry & Tres Leches Crêpe I took a little scoop of the middle part that is the (Tres Leches) delicious!

Friday and the body screams for dessert. I searched for crepe and this place pop up. Of course I had to search for them first before I make that big decision and I'm glad I did. Order to go and ordered crepe with nutella and strawberry and Strawberry and Tres Leches (OMG) this one will surprise you. It's super delicious. I added nutella of course because Nutella is life! After ordering to go on those delivery apps I have decided that I need to go in person and try the rest of their menu.

A quiet tucked away gem. This is a great spot for brunch or an afternoon meal. The mussels were well worth the money being both delicious and plentiful. The fries are also some of the best I've had in Colorado. The service was excellent as well and there wasn't much of a crowd but there was plenty of seating both inside and outside.

So, so good. This is a small establishment, nice inside and a great patio. Very welcoming. Riley was an outstanding server, but everyone we came in contact with was friendly and hospitable. We sat by the kitchen, which can often be a sub-par spot, but in this case it was very enjoyable. Partly because the employees were very careful while walking around us and partly because the kitchen is open and it was fun to watch the action. For a French restaurant, there were more vegetarian options than I would have imagined. They have a Vegetarian Dish du Jour and though it looked great that night, I had the St. Louis Crêpe and it was delicious. It is a Mediterranean styled crepe which had plenty of feta cheese, which I appreciate. The béchamel sauce was not too heavy (as many seem to be). The beautiful Italian had Escargots de Bourgogne, Mussels à la Marinière (both off the Happy Hour menu, and Pommes Frites. More like an "Appy" Hour! She loved it all. I tried the fries and they were wonderful. Our dinner companions had the Seafood Crêpe and the Prosciutto & Brie Crêpe and both heartily approved. Believe me, the plates were all cleaned. The wine list is not large, but had a good selection. We had been recommended the House Red, and it was indeed delicious, not expensive, and we got the bottle for half price on Happy Hour. Score! We all split a Nutella Crêpe for dessert, and that was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the crêpes - they have a large selection and they are big enough to be a real meal. However, all the other entrees looked tempting, too. One more thing - there is no parking lot; street parking only. But we didn't have a problem with that at all.

A Denver staple for a reason-- Bon Ami will quickly become one of your new favorites once you try it. This little French bistro off of Alameda in Wash Park has everything you can imagine: crepes, steak frites, mussels, etc. For a later dinner, we opted for the brussel sprouts special as an appetizer which were crispy and decadent. We split the steak frites which was phenomenal. The French fries are amazing and the garlic aioli makes them even better. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere is warm and intimate- perfect for a date night.

Food was good!! I'm a huuuge fan of sole, so had to try it. It was buttery and delicious, and the potatos were tasty. The French onion soup was alright, but the actual broth wasn't that flavorful. And the chops were incredible- probably my favorite dish! Everything seemed old school and that's not a bad thing! Would absolutely go again.

Berry Crêpe. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. Great dessert! Get it with ice cream.

Another good restaurant checked off my Denver bucket list. I absolutely loved the charm of this place. Clean and decorated so nicely. It has such a warm and cozy appeal as well. I made a reservation and was seated quickly. They gave me a choice of table location too. My waitress was OK. I liked my server. She had a very friendly and enthusiastic appeal. She brought out all dishes to me which included another order of bread. It should be noted, the server brought everything to me from the kitchen. My waitress took my order, gave me fresh bread and provided the bill. I ordered the Beef Bourguignon for my main entree, and French Onion soup. The French Onion soup is titled differently on the menu. It's titled Onion Soup au Gratin. It was OK. I expected better. However, it wasn't bad. Beef Bourguignon was FANTASTIC! That gravy is PHENOMENAL! I would return here again just to order that. They serve fresh bread straight from the oven. Kudos to them for not serving it with frozen butter. Their butter is nice and soft. I also liked that the bread slices weren't big. Great excuse to order another serving of it which I did! I ordered their berry crepe for dessert as well. I loved how it wasn't overly sweet. I recommend ordering it with ice cream too. Great addition to it! Overall, good experience here. It's a little pricey so plan ahead budget wise. I would go here again. I wouldn't mind trying brunch. That Stroganoff Crepe looks delightful.

Thought this place was way smaller from the google maps photo, but it has plenty of space inside and outside. Decor = very unique. Staff = friendly and helpful. Food = no notes whatsoever, the dessert special tasted like a chocolate covered tiramisu... but better. The rest of my party agreed we will be coming here again soon since we all basically licked our plates clean!

Very cute French restaurant in Denver. Pretty small interior but very date vibes inside. I ordered their prosciutto and Brie cheese crepe, and I have to say it was amazing. It was a very rich buttery Brie cheese covered. Prosciutto was loaded inside the crepe and filled with flavor. They also give out free fresh bread with butter, it was sooo good. The wait for food was pretty fast, maybe 10 min. I wild highly recommend coming here!

    Crab Benedict Crêpe*

Lovely french restaurant with an amazing crepe section. They do have sweet crepes on a separate dessert menu just as a heads up if you prefer sweet to savory. But the crab benedict crepe was amazing and unique, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The other diners I was with both enjoyed their Saint Louis and St. Paul crepes. Not a bite was left. Great service, a bit slow for Saturday brunch but nothing crazy.

Vegetarian Dish du Jour (orzo pasta dish) - impressively delicious!!

Finally, having time to catch another GREAT Chef's cuisine, to find on June 14th 2025, Noisette - owner Lillian (Chef Extraordinaire) is closing her doors. Last chance on Saturday. Today June 13th, it was a pleasure to walk into a very elegant, well designed Noisette, after reading incredible reviews. I met Lillian almost immediately, the news did not hit from her. Neither do I have a TV or read Westword, yet for a few moments Lillian graced me with some somber words: "It's the economy, (We guess) We can't stay in business past these 3 years!! To dine at Chez Maggy and navigate the hospitality ecosystem of The Thompson Denver is to step into a meticulously curated cinematic universe where every gesture is deliberate, every color palette feels intentional, and human kindness is treated as the ultimate luxury asset. It is an environment where staff do not merely anticipate your desires; they dismantle the very need to harbor desires in the first place, operating on a frequency of predictive generosity that leaves one feeling delightfully disarmed. At the absolute epicenter of this symphonic choreography stand two incomparable individuals, Jason, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Bailey, an exceptional server whose presence turns a standard dinner service into an event of genuine human connection. Jason operates with the crisp, unflappable precision of a master conductor, moving through the bustling terrain of The Thompson with a quiet, elegant professionalism that anchors the entire operation. In an industry too often prone to transactional coldness, Jason possesses the rare and vintage gift of treating hospitality as a high art form rooted in absolute sincerity. Upon my arrival, he greeted me by name with a warmth so authentic it instantly erased the frantic static of travel. This was not the rehearsed familiarity of a corporate script, but the intentional, sharp memory of a true professional who understands that a person's name is the finest note in any conversation. Throughout the stay, his oversight of the food and beverage program manifested in a series of flawless iterations, ensuring that every detail was exact, every transition was seamless, and every guest felt singularly important. Jason does not simply manage a department; he curates an atmosphere of safety and sophisticated comfort, balancing a sharp, dignified executive presence with a deep, accessible kindness that elevates the entire hotel standard. Steps away at Chez Maggy, Bailey transforms the dining room into a theater of radical hospitality, offering a masterclass in service that goes far beneath the surface of menus and silverware. Bailey is quite frankly exceptional, possessing a luminous energy and a sharp, witty intellect that commands immediate affection. What elevates Bailey from a brilliant server to an unforgettable human being is a profound capacity for empathy, delivered through the sharing of an awesome lived experience that instantly bridges the gap between stranger and friend. Rather than maintaining the rigid, invisible wall so common in upscale dining, Bailey engages with a rich, textured perspective on life that mirrors our own complexities, validating our shared human journeys with effortless grace. This unique willingness to connect on a soulful level creates an immediate sense of home, wrapping the table in a cozy, familiar embrace that makes you forget you are sitting in a public restaurant. Bailey reads the emotional landscape of a table with astonishing accuracy, dishing out comfort, laughter, and brilliant recommendations in equal, perfectly timed portions. Together, Jason and Bailey represent the absolute pinnacle of what modern luxury should aspire to be, proving that the most memorable aspect of any journey is never the brick and mortar, but the remarkable people who inhabit it. Their combined kindness, paired with an uncanny ability to anticipate every unspoken whim before it even materializes as a thought, transformed this birthday celebration into a masterpiece of joy. To find one individual who remembers your name and treats your presence as an honor is a stroke of luck; to find two within the same establishment who make you feel deeply understood and completely at home is an absolute triumph of hospitality. For anyone seeking an escape defined by clever sophistication, brilliant conversation, and a level of care that feels both deeply nostalgic and entirely refreshing, look no further than the unparalleled team of Jason and Bailey at The Thompson and Chez Maggy.

I don't know, to me these seemed like unnecessary changes, and as somebody who booked this hotel specifically to enjoy these menu items at this restaurant, I just felt disappointed. Highlights for me where the hamachi and the beef tartare at dinner; the avocado toast has a very weird taste profile with the pickled carrots so I would stay away from that if you like classic avocado toast.

They had received a gift card to this restaurant as a birthday present and we met them there to enjoy a lunch together. First thing to remember is that there is a lot of construction going on in Cherry Creek which limits the amount of parking spaces available. I highly recommend carpooling with a friend or walking over to the restaurant if parked at the nearby mall. This is considered an upscale restaurant and is perfectly placed in Cherry Creek. My wife commented on the scent of flowers, coming through the door way when we first entered the restaurant. The dramatic lighting and welcoming staff were the next things that we noticed. Nearly every table was filled on this mid-afternoon Friday and it was a good thing that we made a reservation! Our server greeted us almost immediately, provided water and took our drink order. The tables are covered in tablecloths and have a foam topper that makes some of the glassware unsteady, but none of us had any spills. Our server was very patient and offered suggestions as we struggled to find what we wanted among the many good choices! The salads and soups were delivered to our booth fairly quickly and followed up in a reasonable time by our main lunch items. Real Sterling silverware, and the presentation of our meals was something that prompted all of us to want to photograph them! Serving sizes were appropriate, we didn't feel over stuffed and even took half a sandwich with us to go. The restaurant crowd thinned over the course of the 90+ minutes we were there, and never once did we feel slighted by our server who always maintain an awareness of our drinks and food. Great food coupled with excellent service in an environment that was easy to enjoy make this a must stop if you're traveling through Denver, meeting up for a business lunch, or simply enjoying an upscale meal with your favorite friends.
